2 years later

Tris pov

Tobias and I had been married for two years now, on our honeymoon I got quite sick and once we were home we discovered I was pregnant. Nine months later, Natalie and Christie were born. Just last week I gave birth to my only son Will. I was also an Aunty to Jackson who was Susan and Caleb's next child.
So in the past two years we all settled down and created families, Christina was even engaged to zayn, which I never saw coming. However today was the day we all group together again as it was the anniversary of the war against abnegation, where many of our loved ones were lost and taken from us.
To celebrate every year we zip line and go to the memorial we made for our loved ones. However this year we were having a party, a celebration of the family we had now created.

"Tris where did you put the nappies?"
Tris was busy getting ready for the party as I was trying to settle Will.
"Beside the sofa." she yelled from the top of the stairs. I picked up will and grabbed the nappies taking him over to the change table. Natalie and Christie came running up to me squealing like usual.
"Daddy, daddy where's mummy?"
"Upstairs girls." they ran upstairs tripping on the way.
"Be careful." I sighed when they had got there. Was going to be a long day, and I still had to get ready for the party.

The party was well under way and I was tired already. Trying to settle a baby while people are talking to much in the next room, is never really a good idea. It only went for a couple of hours an then the room died down, only the people closest to us remained. However Tris was gone, and so were the girls.
"Christina, please can you listen out for Will." she nodded and went back to cuddling with Zayn on the sofa. I wandered outside to see if they were there. Then I clicked, she had taken them to the memorial to see there grandparents names, scratched across the memory wall. I looked back at the house, seeing Caleb and Susan happy with their family. Christina and Zayn as happy as ever, now it was my time to remember this day with Tris and kids. With out thinking I wandered to the site, took the stairs instead of having to zip line. Then at the top I see Tris and my beautiful girls, they're just watching and taking everything in that Tris is saying with love and passion in their eyes. They hadn't seen me so I snuck closer, holding back tears as I saw Tris talk to the girls about family and love.
"Four you're here?" I didn't realise but as I was thinking I got caught.
"Daddy." the girls came running up to me and hugging my legs. I watched as Tris went up the wall and ran her fingers along Natalie and Andrew Priors name, followed by Will.
No one noticed as Christina appeared with a sleeping Will, until she spoke.
"Today, today they will be looking down on the family you have created." she handed will to me then kept approaching Tris.
"Natalie, Andrew, and Will. They will never leave our hearts, they will always be here and they will always know what's going on. They will watch over your children, over you yourself. They will be so happy that when it rains, it's tears of joy falling from there eyes. They left protecting you, to give you a life they knew you would fulfil, a life they knew you would fill with love and joy." Christina turned to face the kids and I. "Beatrice this is your life now, your family. You're parents and will, are going to love them as much as you do, they will protect them for you as much as you need. Your family is in your heart, now in front of you as well, so go give them a hug and remember the life you had, but highlight the life today." We all had tears as Tris gave Christina a big hug first.
"Thank you for always being there for me Christina, you're the sister I've always wanted."

Tris POV

'Three flying Birds, one for each member of the family I left behind."
I touch the top two birds as I look out over the new home we have today, as I look over at my family watching me, with pure love in there eyes.
"Gone but never forgotten." I whispered into the wind and made my way over to Tobias, Christina and my Three beautiful children.
"Mummy we love you, are you okay?" I looked down at Natalie and nodded my head giving her a kiss on cheek. "I love you to, more than anything."
We all had a family hug as is started to rain but we didn't care, instead we looked out over the city we lived, the city where we will live and enjoy the rest of our lives with the ones we love and have lost.
