Iceyko POV
I'm in the middle of getting my things down stairs. I had packed last night but had forgotten to bring the things down stairs of this two story wooden cabin.

This cabin I'm currently in is my Aunt's that is located on another bit of land to her actual house. Though both of which are located in the snowy region of Russian.

Technically I can speak Russian because of this fact but, my native tongue is Japanese. I'm actually on my way back to Japan now.

Once collecting all my things down stairs, I call my Aunt on my phone. "Hey Aunty, I'm off to the airport now."

"Make sure to get to your plane on time. We don't want you missing it." She states.

"Right, of course. I'll see you next time then." I start, shaking the slight sad feeling I was having.

"Good, now run along. The snow is said to be getting thicker later." She says, before hanging up.

I get that I'm not her niece and everything, but I kind of thought she would care enough to actually say goodbye to me, in person. Not like she has anywhere better to be.

I end my thoughts, make my way to the airport which is luckily only 2 kms from the cabin, which is in the centre of its property.

After getting there, I was quickly boarded on to the plane and started to make my way to Japan. Upon arrival, I quickly find the car my mother sent for me and I get in, expecting to be taken to my parents house.

I wasn't being taken there. Now although I haven't really been at that house long and I knew they had moved. The moment I arrived at the location, I quickly realised this wasn't their house.

For starters the house didn't look very much like a mansion which my father seems to like, but one can think, maybe they changed their mind. The next giveaway is how close the neighbours are, which my father definitely wouldn't have compromised on.

I'm open my door and is quickly greeted by my mother, "Darling, you're finally here. Quickly grab your things and we'll put them inside, so Richard can get going." She says.

I nod and do as I'm told, following her inside with my bags. "Kurumi, she's here. Where would you like her to put her bags?" Mother asks, her friend with short black hair.

"She is? Let me lead the way." Kurumi says kindly, leading my mother and I up stairs with my things.

Am I staying here for the night or something?

I think getting quite suspicious of what was going on. We reach the spare bedroom and place my things inside. I am soon shown that the bathroom is across the hall, before being taken back down stairs, and seated at the dining table.

I guess mother isn't staying.

"I don't think I've introduced myself yet, I'm Kurumi Saiki, and this is my husband, Kuniharu. Feel free just to call us by our first names." She introduces, and has her hands on her brown haired husband.

"It's nice to meet you both, I'm Iceyko Shi." I introduce with a slight bow.

"No need to be so formal, Leah and Koi, have told us lots about you." Kurumi says.

So, their both my parents friends.

"Our youngest son will be joining us soon as well." Kurumi added before heading back to the kitchen.

I nod and sit in silence, not seeing the point in engaging conversation. "She should is quiet, like you said." Kuniharu says quietly to Leah.

I can still hear you.
