This is like 2 sentences long i'm sorry

-----------------------------------------------

Nate and Jenna's wedding was simple but beautiful. Jenna looked stunning and the look on Nate's face when he saw her was something I'll never forget. Watching them recite vows reminded me that soon enough that would be Andrew and I. The entire ceremony was picturesque, and the reception was lovely as well. The first dance was to "I Want To Hold Your Hand" covered by Nate, which took Jenna by surprise. The reception was nothing too fancy, but it was personal which fit Nate and Jenna well. The playlist was all neutral music, adding to the cozy vibe emitted by the tavern itself. The reception itself went until 2AM. Andrew and I took a cab back to the apartment, discussing Rose the entire way.

"So tomorrow we're telling them?" I asked.

"Yes, I mean, if that's ok with you"

"Of course it's ok"

After struggling to stay awake for the entire cab ride, we fell asleep as soon as we were out of our formal attire. The next morning we got ready and headed over to tell everyone the news at around 12, knocking on the door when we finally reached the apartment.

"Come in!" Jenna called.

"What happened?" She asked as Andrew and I walked in, evidently excited about something.

"Hurry, get everyone!" I said, accidentally knocking over Jenna's coffee in the process. "I'm so sorry! I'll buy you a new mug and and and and and make some more coffee!"

"Casey, calm down" Jenna laughed.

"Just get everyone!"

Jenna left to wake Nate, Katie and Jack up. They all came into the kitchen, obviously waiting for one of us to tell them.

"We adopted" Andrew said.

Everyone collectively gasped.

"Congrats!" Jack said, shaking Andrew's massive hand.

Andrew bragged about how great Rose was while I nodded in agreement. Only one week until Rose would be out of the hospital, and we'd finally get the daughter we wanted so badly.
