"Nice place."

"Sure is. Come inside." Said Riley.

I entered the room room and saw the others already there.

"Y/n! You look nice. The fur coat is probably a bit too much." Said Charlie. "But, I'll take it for you." "What a gentleman you are, Charlie." I said as I took my coat off and gave it too him.

His eyes widened as he looks at me up and down.

"Got a problem?" I said. "Uh, no. You just look really... Fancy. Maybe even too fancy." He said.

"You can never go wrong with looking fabulous anywhere." I said.

I sat down on an empty seat, next to Julie. "Hey, sorry I'm kinda late. There was a slight traffic on the way here." I said but all Julie did was stare at me.

"What?"

"Since when do you wear nice dresses for a lame dinner?" She said. "It's not about where you are, it's about how you look. Imagine dying in some skinny jeans and a tank top. Honestly, my biggest fear." I said.

"Suit yourself, I guess. You look great though." She said. "I know. You look cute in a dress. Never seen you in one before." I said.

"Yeah, it's not my thing to wear em' all the time. Only on special occasions." She said.

"Ah, you should wear them more often." I said. "You think?" "I think? No, I don't think, hon. I know. Trust me. The whole world could be jealous of you." I said.

She grinned. "Thanks." "Don't mention it." I said.

Then we started the dinner and before I knew it, the varsity had pranked us, again.

"$800? Where are we gonna get that kind of money?" Said Goldie.

Charlie sighs and puts the bill on the table. "I guess we'll have to do some work." He said. Everyone was mad and annoyed but we had to do the work because we didn't have that kind of money.

Everyone stood up but I stopped them right before they kept going.

"Wait. You guys really forgot you had me?" I said. "What are you talking about, Y/n?" Said Julie.

I rolled my eyes and pulled out 900 bucks from my purse and handed it to the waiter. "Keep the change and blow out the candles off that cake and I'll take it to go." I said. He nodded then left with the cake the varsity gave us.

"Sit down. Finish your food. I got it covered." I said.

"Y/n, you just handed that waitress 900 bucks..." Said Charlie. "In cash!"

"Yeah, so? I'm not gonna ruin this dress for anything. And I don't want my best friend to ruin her dress either or any of your nice outfits." I said.

"Continue eating or I'm making all of you, besides Julie, wash everything." I said.

I saw Julie blush in the corner of my eye as they all sat down and ate happily.

"Thanks Y/n." She whispered to me.

"Don't mention it." I said with a wink.
