Takemichi had returned to the future after 'accidentally' triggering the time leap.
'Ghee, what a fuck up.'
Of course, only he could be that stupid. But they had realised that something he had done in the past had managed to make a slight impact in their current future. He also remembered that there were other things he needed to find out in the future in order to assist him in the past.
Rain.
She was indeed a mystery and he wondered if Naoto knew anything about her.
"Rain? Who is that?" The dark haired detective asked causing Takemichi to sigh in defeat. Guess he didn't know anything after all.
"She's someone incredibly close to Mikey. Well, it's at least clear she's very loyal to him and is always by his side just like Draken is." He started to wonder if maybe she had left Toman at some point in the past if she wasn't showing up now. He didn't think her the type to abandon Mikey... unless...
'Is she dead?'
Naoto thought for a moment, but there hadn't been any mention of her. Not many women were involved with Toman at all, in fact, none were.
"So, you think this girl plays an important factor in Manjiro's emotions and decisions?" Naoto asked and the now dark haired boy nodded without hesitation.
"I mean, it's obvious that they have a strong bond, but I just don't really understand it yet. Like they're close but she acts like his soldier and he her commander, you know?"
Naoto gave him a strange look before turning back to his computer leaving Takemichi to frown. He knew he wasn't the best at explaining things.
"Is Rain her real name?" Naoto asked causing the blue eyed boy to flinch. He hadn't thought about that. Was it her real name?
"I'm not sure, I would have thought so? I haven't heard her called anything different. Actually, now that I come to think of it, I don't know her surname either." He realised. How strange to think he had never caught onto the fact that she only introduced herself as Rain, he hadn't even thought to ask for her full name.
Why?
"Appearance?"
"Oh uh, she has short black hair, blue eyes. She has sharp features, and her skin is slightly pale I guess Oh! and she's fit, like really fit." Takemichi said and the detective nodded.
"Well name and appearance isn't really much to go off, but I'll do what I can." He announced and the time leaper flopped down into a seat while he collected his thoughts, swiping an energy drink while he was at it.
'Ghee, how rude of me!' Takemichi thought to himself. He was usually always polite and respectful of what he called others, but he completely slipped up with Rain.
