"Have you gathered everything you need?" He asked worried. I nodded confidently. "I've made sure I'm well-prepared for the journey."
Qingqiu leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to the top of my head. "Just remember, never lose sight of the main reason you're going there."
I took a deep breath and nodded in understanding. I left for Qishan, ready to face war.

I arrived at the gathering and found Jin Zixuan. With a polite bow, I greeted him, "Young Master Jin."
"Miss Chang, are you representing your clan?" He asked. "Yeah." I nodded in confirmation.
As more clans gathered, I noticed Huaisang arriving. He stood a bit apart, but I waved to him. He quickly joined me, and I couldn't help but smile at his presence.
"You came?" I asked playfully. Huaisang pouted, replying, "Big Brother told me to." "I know, I know," I chuckled, ruffling his hair.
Suddenly, someone approached and wrapped their arms around my waist from behind.
I turned to see Wei Wuxian, his mischievous grin, and Jiang Cheng, who appeared somewhat displeased. "Ah-Xian, Jiang Cheng," I greeted, my smile widening.
"Did you have to wear such a pretty dress just to meet that bastard?" Jiang Cheng grumbled. Wei Wuxian lightly pecked my cheek before releasing me.
"Pay no mind to Jiang Cheng he's just jealous you didn't dress up for him," Wei Wuxian teased and he rolled his eyes. "I'm glad you guys finally came," I said, relieved by their presence.
Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng greeted Huaisang with nods and took their respective places. I stood between Jiang Cheng and Jin Zixuan.
"Yinhwa, where are the people from Gusu Lan?" Wei Wuxian asked, to which I shook my head. "They haven't arrived yet, and Wangji didn't respond to any of my letters either."
'It's a good thing Lan Wangji is not here. He has the Yin Iron, remember? He might have gone into hiding." As we waited, Jiang Cheng voiced his concerns.
"What if something's wrong?" Wei Wuxian was quick to respond. "Worry about yourself first, okay?" Jiang Cheng warned.
Wei Wuxian reluctantly agreed with a nod. Just then, someone announced, "Second Young Master Wen has arrived!" as Wen Chao descended the stairs.
Wen Chao's arrogant demeanor irritated everyone. "Look at you people. You all look like sleepy mangy dogs. Why the hell didn't you bring him in?"
He berated, prompting some Wen Clan disciples to bring in a limping Lan Wangji.
