Harry pulls into the fairgrounds and adrenaline rushes over me. I love the fair!!! I mean the fried Oreos, the rides, Cotten candy, the stupid rigged games, the secret wish to be kissed at the top of the Ferris wheel as the sunsets, funnel cakes, and the super duper cute animals. There's basically no better place then the fair. I look at Harry with a huge smile, my inner kid is definitely showing. "I take it you love it" Harry said grinning. "More then you could ever know Haz" I reply sweetly. " Well then let's get this show on the road" he says. Harry quickly gets out of his car and rushes over to open my door. We interlock hands and make our way to the ticket booth. "I'd like two of the unlimited ride bands please. Can I also get one unlimited drink band" Harry says and winks at me for the last line. Fair beer sucks but it makes the experience better and Harry clearly knows that.
After Harry paid for our tickets and I thanked him we head to the number cars first. "I'm gonna bump into you so hard you aren't gonna be able to walk" I say to Harry getting into my competitive mode, not even realizing how bad that sounded. "I mean don't threaten me with a good time Boobear. We can go to yours or mine" he says cheekily. "Get outta here ya pervert" I say jokingly and lightly push him. We show the lady working our wristbands and go into the ride. I picked a super cool green bumper car and Harry picks this blue one. "Hey Harry it looks like you picked the losing bumper car" I say right before the cars start moving. I quickly avoid Harry's bumper car and start bumping into other people, the second Harry is preoccupied hitting someone else I quickly swoop in and hit him. Totally catching him off guard. We laugh and then start bumping into each other and only each other just for the fun of it. After the ride I look at Harry and said "I told you I was gonna win" I say with a smile. "I let you win" he responds sounding like a Chad. "Yeah sure whatever you say hotshot" I respond with and we both start busting up laughing.
After awhile of going on the rides we decided to get some food. The food included deep fried Oreos, Turkey legs, funnel cake, and lemonade. The second we place our food down I eagerly start shoveling the food into my mouth. Have I mentioned I love fair food? By the time I'm finished with my food Harry is only half way done. He tells me he's done and ready when I'm ready but he still has a bite of deep fried Oreo left and like four bites of a Turkey leg, that's some good food too. "You're wasting amazing food Hazza" I say and steal his leftover food. "Well you enjoy it then Boobear" he replies nicely. After I ate his leftovers he takes me over to the beer stand. I order a Coors Lite and then Harry and I start walking around the games. " Let's play some games" Harry says and points to the ring toss first.
Nobody ever really wins at ring toss but somehow I managed to make three out of my five rings on bottles. Harry on the other hand completely misses all of the bottles big time. "Well so much for having that cute moment where I win you something" he says and I'm about to rewind when the guy running the game says, "That's a medium size stuffed animal sir. Which one would you like?" I choose the monkey because monkeys are superior. "Haz it's okay, you've already made this night perfect" I tell him. "The nights not over and we are going to the goldfish game because everyone wins that one so I'm gonna get you one of those goldfish that die in three days" Harry says confidently. "Okay Hazza" I say while blushing and slightly laughing. Harry starts throwing the balls and hasn't made any in by the time he has one left. He's clearly slightly embarrassed idk why he looks insanely cute with how he frustratedly sticks his tongue out and aims. On his last ball he takes a deep breath and what do you know it goes in. "Lou o did it!!!!" He says excitedly with a huge smile and pulls me into a hug. "I knew you could do it Haz" I tell him. "We'll take that one" he tells the worker and points to this weirdly cute fancy goldfish.

"I love him" I tell Harry while smiling brightly. "What're you gonna name him Lou" he asks me and I take a moment to think. "I'm thinking Kevin" I say certainly. "I love it" he tells me. "Yeah imma name him Kevin Hazza Tomlinson" I say and it sounds perfect. "That is absolutely perfect Boobear" Harry says and kisses my forehead. " We gotta get him the best fish tank out there. With a bunch of cool objects to put in there and cool colored rocks. Do you think they make fish slides? He has to live forever" Harry says excitedly and like a little kid. I chuckle and say "You are so right". "What time does Petsmart close?" Harry asks. I look it up and they close at 11:30 pm. "They close at 11:30 and it's 10:35" I say. "Okay perfect. Do you want any more beer or deep fried Oreos before we leave?"Harry asks me. " Ehh I've had three beers already, I don't need anymore thank you tho. Now on the deep fried Oreos I'm definitely gonna need more" I say while rubbing my tummy. Harry and I connect hands and he orders 15 orders of deep fried Oreos. "What're you trynna do Haz? Put me on My 600 pound life⁉️" I say jokingly. "You'd be pretty hot on that show Lou" he responds while laughing. "Oh shut up Haz" I say blushing big time. It surprisingly only took 15 minutes to get all the deep fried Oreos and we head to PetSmart.
We get to PetSmart at 10:55. Harry is like a little kid in a candy store, he puts everything in the basket. He even gets a sign engraved that says "Kevin Hazza Tomlinson". He gets so excited over every little thing he could put in the fish tank and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. He decides on this huge fish tank and wants to put inside a slide, a castle, a Ferris wheel, a SpongeBob house, swings, a bubble blowing volcano, and a small picture frame that looks like a tv so he can put a picture of us in. Even though none of it goes together I just know it's going to be absolutely perfect. When we reach the checkout lane I try and get Harry to let me pay for at least half but he refuses and says " No I won the fish for you and now I'm gonna spoil him" I kept trying but he kept refusing and left me no choice but to comply. Harry then takes me back home and it's around midnight, my moms still working and my sisters are at friends houses so we don't have to be quite as we bring all the deep fried Oreos in and the fish stuff. Harry helps me set up Kevin's fish tank while we listen to Conan Gray and Troye Sivan. Occasionally we take breaks from setting up and dance, especially when the songs "I could Cry just thinking about you" and "People Watching". When it hits 1:30 am Harry decides he should head home. "Thank you so so much for tonight Harry I had the time of my life (Dirty Dancing anybody?!) and I couldn't have asked for the night to go differently" I tell him and hug him tightly. "Of course love, I'm happy you had a great time. I know I had a great time." He said wrapping his arms tightly around me. "Drive safe boo and let me know when you get home" I say to him and kiss his cheek before running back into my house.
