"You got me sippin' on something I can't compare to nothing I've ever known."

Hermione

THE feeling of impatience and excitement fueled me for an entire week. The anticipation build with every passing day. A date with Leo. Apart of me is excited to see him, apart of me is still trying to convince the other half to think rationally.

Now it's Saturday night and I am rushing around trying to figure out which dress goes better with my red lipstick. I have texted and even called Leo about the whereabouts of our date, trying to figure out what to wear. But all he responded is that I should wear red lipstick, like I did at the Italian restaurant last week.

So now I have realized that I am in a dire need to get new clothes. I'm always newly in comfy clothes and scrubs. As I groan and make my way to the bathroom to look at my hair once again.

At least my hair and make up are done.

I'm still running late though.

My hair is styled in a body wave curls and my make up is in a smoky eye look. Thanks to many YouTube tutorials in college, this was the only makeup style I am good at.

A knock on my door pulls me focus back to reality. I gasp at the time and rush over to my front door.

"Please don't be him." I mumble before checking into the peephole.

My squinted eye glances at the gelled hair Italian man and I nearly melt. He's going to turn away, who wants to date someone who is impromptu and indecisive?

Another loud knock causes me to squeal and jump from the shaken door.

"Hermione?" Leo calls out and I sigh and place my forehead on the door.

"I'm not ready." I say aloud, "I- I can't find anything to wear..." I mumble and there's complete silence.

"You would look fine in anything you wear. I'm sure you even look good in scrubs." He says which causes my cheeks to heat up and the butterflies to go wild.

"Open the door, I can help you." Leo offers and it takes me a minute to think it over.

I'm only in my fluffy, pink robe I been having since high school. Swallowing my embarrassment and slight pride, I open the door. Revealing a tall, dark, and handsome Leo leaning on the door frame.

He glances at me with his deep brown milk chocolate eyes, his lips turn up in a amuse smirk.

"Didn't peg you as a Hello Kitty fan." He says his eyes land on my pink robe.

I mentally face palm myself, as I glance at the face of Hello Kitty patched right above my heart. I feel my cheeks heat up and I look away shaking my head.

"Just come in. You're are supposed to help me. Not make fun of my choice of robes." I say pulling him inside.

"I never said I didn't like it." Leo says smirking before scoping my body.

Any other guy I would feel creeped out. But with Leo, it was all I wanted. His eyes on me, he'll I wanted all of him on me. But since I'm already deep the hands of danger, I should take whatever we had going on slow.

"The problem is this way." I say as I lead him to my room that held piles of shoes and clothes.

I stand in the middle as Leo picks up a pair shoes; a pair of crocs to be exact. I purse my lips as he looks at it in slight disgust.
