"You're all mine. I'll make you feel like you're the one."

"YOU do understand that opening night is tonight right? And you want to change fucking security protocol?" Gia asks clearly annoyed at Jackson and I.

"It is safer and smarter that in the time that an attack, only a fourth of security in that area will be first responders." Jackson informs as he leans back in the lounge chair.

"Think it of it this way Gi, someone lets off a shot, all our security goes running towards that one attack leaving members of the family without defense." I explain and she rolls her eyes in response.

"Fine, I will let the Capo's know and have them tell their ranks. If this is because you're nervous about Hermione's first appearance with you. You shouldn't be. Who would be stupid enough to try something?" Gia asks and I shrug.

"I don't give a fuck who is stupid or bold, I just want all measures to be taken seriously." I reply taking a quick shot of bourbon.

"And with Dad and Uncle Vinny dead, as of recent, threatening messages to Christina from fucking freaks have increased. My detail at the office says they are ringing alarms." Jackson says sincerely and nearly afraid of what could happen to his wife.

"Maybe if you stop cheating on her with some weird freaks maybe they will stop." Gia argues her eyes narrow at our brother.

Jackson keeps his mouth shut and downs his glass of Patron, "My marriage is-

"—none of our fucking business." Gia interjects, "We get it, and we have respected that. But what happens when she takes her ass on national television with the most recent bruise you've given her and tell it all?"

"She wouldn't." Jackson says and I snort in response, causing him to shoot a glare my way.

"Jackson nobody just lays down and gets beat on forever. That girl will either kill you or kill herself. Either way blood will be shed. So do us all a favor and let the girl go, think about Char." I say sliding the empty glass away straightening up.

Jackson looks away his jaw clenching in frustration, "Let's just finish up here. I have a meeting to be at soon."

GiGi rolls her eyes, "We're done here anyways. I will get these new protocols out to the Capo's when I get back to the house. Where's Ricky by the way?"

"Staten Island, dropping bags off." I answer short as I scroll through my phone.

"See you guys tonight then." Gia says kissing both mine and Jackson's cheeks before leaving.

"We really built our father's dream casino." Jack says as he walks over to the balcony ledge.

I walk over next to him and take in what we manage to building. We started this project a year ago; it was initially a surprise for our dad. But he died, never getting a chance to live in the moment. It took Jackson a lot of convincing to me to let us move forward with this project. Now that it is done, I'm glad that we did.

Tonight will be the biggest night of the year here on the east coast. Millionaires, billionaires, CEO's, business tycoons, politicians, wealthy heirs and heiresses, and A-list socialites will all be under one building.  Sounds a time to be alive, but these people are also the deadliest and most conniving criminals, con-artists, Don's, drug lords, and assassins from all over the world.

"He'd be proud of us, you know?" Jackson smiles, "Uncle Vinny too, I can hear them now. 'Who would've thought these little terrors would take over New York'?"
