"How about you duel someone your age Malfoy?"

Lucius heard the words but all his attention was stolen by the graceful figure standing to the right of Sirius Black. Her hair colour and length was different, her eyes a muddy brown colour, Yet he could never forget the shape of her lips, the sinful curve of her waist. He had been memorising her body for years after all. Standing in front of him was Narcissa Malfoy without a doubt. He wanted to ask what she was doing here with the wrong side. Was she cursed? What was the wife of Lord Voldemort's left-hand doing while standing on the opposite side, wand pointed towards her own brethren. He opened his mouth to call out to her, but a powerful jolt to his brain made him forget all about his decision to question Narcissa. He could ask her later. Yes, that's what he would do.

"Nice to meet you again cousin" Bellatrix laughed looking at Sirius.

"Bella, not sucking Voldy's wrinkled balls today? Heard he truly looks like his real self now. A nose-less ugly snake"

Bellatrix's eyes flashed and sparks flew from her fingers, she bared her teeth and raised her wand at Sirius, a bright green light erupted from her wand which Sirius ducked. He sent his own spell, and the duel began in earnest.

Students of Dumbledore's Army ducked and frantically searched for their wands while the 'Order of Phoenix' engaged the other Death-Eaters.

Tonks duelled ferociously with Mulciber, her hair displaying the most violent shades.

Narcissa took on both Amycus and Alecto Carrow. She was an avid dueller, showing no signs of being overpowered by the duo. She managed looked effortless while sending deadly curses towards the siblings and not breaking a sweat.

Lupin was locked in duel with Avery. They looked evenly matched, but Lupin stopped Draco with his hand when he tried to intervene.

The order members were all scattered in duels and the Dumbledore's Army finally managed to retrieve their own wands or find someone else's.

Irene got engaged into a duel with Dolohov and was soon joined by Hermione Granger. Though the girl's features were altered, Hermione had no doubt that it was Pierce who was fighting by her side. Even though she had a multitude of questions, Hermione stored them at the back of her mind for now and concentrated on her duel. But, Hermione's temporary distraction cost her and Dolohov fired a particularly deadly curse at her. She shrieked in agony and fell. Irene took in Hermione's state and knew she was alone now. Fuelled by anger, she attacked Dolohov with a renewed fierceness. Her pendant felt hot on her clavicle, she was using spells she didn't know the incantations to, they just flowed out of her wand. After a while Dolohov was lying on the ground, wandless and bound. She rushed towards Hermione and examined her. It did not seem like it was something she could heal so she pressed her escape portkey into her hand and watched her disappear to Dumbledore's office, hoping she would heal.

Harry was duelling Lucius Malfoy. While he was good, Lucius was clearly the better and more experienced dueller. He was soon joined by Neville in his efforts to defeat Lucius.

Draco took in his surroundings. It was pure chaos. His eyes roamed over his mother who had now disposed of the Carrows and moved onto her next target, Tonks was now duelling someone who looked like Crabbe Sr., Sirius was still in a stand-still with Bellatrix. Draco had always thought that his family stood on the dark side of things but looking at it now, he never realised just how many from his family stood with the light. It made him feel proud.
