"Did these historians think there won't be an element magician after the eleventh one?!" Mingi said as he put a huge book on the table, with a loud thud.
"Found another book now?" Seonghwa asked.
"Yes. And there better be a prophecy about you in this one." Mingi said sternly.
"Nah 'cause for real, all the books I looked through have only ten magicians, they don't even go to the eleventh one." Yeosang joined the conversation.
"I found one with the eleventh one, and I'm sure Seonghwa's the twelfth one." Mingi told him.
Here they were, sitting around the library table, spending their time looking for information on the prophecy about Seonghwa. It had been weeks since they were searching, with no information in hands.
After about an hour of sounds of nothing but pencils scratching on papers, Mingi finally spoke, "Yeosang, look at this, the prophecies sure have a pattern."
Yeosang leaned over Mingi's books, "The third, sixth and ninth prophecies were about two elemental magicians, who knew each other." Mingi said.
Jongho gasped, "Those are all multiples of three!" Jongho exclaimed.
"Oh yes, Captain Obvious," Mingi gave him a look, "But I am saying that if Seonghwa is the twelfth magi-"
"Twelve is a multiple of three!" Wooyoung cut him, his eyes wide.
"Yes, so are you saying there's someone else who can do elemental magic?" Yeosang asked Mingi.
"Well, there are good chances." Mingi said.
"Seonghwa, do you know someone who does element magic?" Mingi asked.
"I- No." Seonghwa answered.
Yeosang and Mingi looked at each other.
"Then who-" Mingi started saying.
"I think we should find the twelfth prophecy first, then decide what's it about." Yeosang said.
After a while, Mingi closed the huge book he was reading, "It isn't in this one either!" he sighed.
"Well, if you guys are struggling so much, should I ask Yunho for help?" Jongho asked.
Mingi gave him a look again, "First of all, you aren't being any help! And are you saying that I am not enough to find y'all a prophecy?!" Mingi said angrily.
"For now, it seems like it." Jongho said.
"Okay then! Do whatever you want, let's see if Yunho can find it then, I'll go." Mingi said and stood up.
"Mingi!" Seonghwa tried calling him back, but he just walked away.
Wooyoung looked at Jongho, "You didn't have to do that."
"Whatever, anyway I think Yunho will find it faster than him." Jongho said.

The spells class was about to end, about fifteen minutes were left, "Children, I am giving out the answer sheets of the last test, and as usual, last five are getting detention." Miss Kim announced.
The whole class murmured. Soon she started calling out names, students started going to the front to get the papers.
"Song Mingi." Miss Kim called out and Mingi went to the front.
He smiled as he saw the paper, and Seonghwa could tell he did well.
"Ninety six." Mingi told him as he came back.
Seonghwa didn't have time to congratulate him, for the teacher called out his name.
"Park Seonghwa." She called out.
Seonghwa made his way to the front, nervously. This was the first test he had given at the camp. He saw the paper handed to him, it said 78/100.
A seventy eight out of a hundred! Not bad, Seonghwa thought, great in fact.
He made his way to Mingi, who gave him a congratulatory pat on the back after hearing the result.
Miss Kim announced two weeks of night patrol as detention for the last five ranks. However this time, Jongho wasn't one of them. The students got a scolding, and the bell soon resonated through the walls.
They were gathering their things, when Jongho came and sat in front of them.
"Worked hard this time?" Mingi asked him with a teasing smile. Seonghwa figured Mingi didn't hold grudges, remembering what happened earlier at the library. But then he was sure holding a grudge against Yunho.
"Yep, got a whole seventeen." Jongho replied with a proud smile.
"Woah, great, man." Mingi said with heavy sarcasm.
"I know, I know, thank you, see y'all, imma treat myself." Jongho said and walked away.
Seonghwa turned to look at Mingi, "We go to the library?" he asked.
"Yes, but lemme see that loser first." Mingi said, smiling a little crazy smile and walking over to the middle row.
Seonghwa followed him, they spotted Yunho sitting on a bench, probably gathering his books as well.
Mingi leaned over his bench, his hands resting on the edge.
"Jung." Mingi called out, in a sing song way.
"Oh, yes. How much?" Yunho asked.
"You first." Mingi said.
"Ninety two." Yunho said.
Mingi laughed at him, pointing a finger, "See? Ninety six!" Mingi raised his eyebrows and smiled.
Mingi gave Yunho a pat on the shoulder, "Work harder next time, Jung." Mingi teased.
Mingi skipped away, and Seonghwa saw Yunho shake his head in disappointment.
Seonghwa followed Mingi, exiting the classroom, to end up in a crowded hallway.
"You seem happy?" Seonghwa asked.
"What? Of course I am! Did you see his face? Such a loser." Mingi laughed.
They walked a few steps, trying to get out of the crowd, when someone tapped Seonghwa on the shoulder.
Seonghwa turned around, to see Hongjoong struggling in the crowd.
"Hey!" Seonghwa said as he took the books from Hongjoong's hands and lent him a hand.
Hongjoong took it and pushed himself out of the crowd.
"Thanks." Hongjoong said taking his books.
"Where were you heading?" Hongjoong asked.
"Library, gonna join?" Seonghwa asked.
"Yeah, I have some reading to do." Hongjoong replied.
"Great!"
"Um, I guess I'll go." Mingi excused himself.
Seonghwa didn't stop him, he was glad to be left alone with Hongjoong. He had become closer with him. They talked, they talked a lot. It took even Seonghwa by surprise that he had so much to say to someone. Hongjoong was just perfect.
He sure did the talking, but sometimes couldn't help but stare at his face. Hongjoong looked like a sculpture, chiseled from the smoothest of stones. Seonghwa was slowly learning all the small details about him, the soft pink of his hands, that were usually recklessly covered in paint or ink. The curve of his lips, that were usually graced with a smile. And his golden hair, which always seemed to rest perfectly, no matter how messy, with his green crown.

They were walking towards the library, chatting as usual, when a topic of books started.
"You read?" Hongjoong asked.
"I don't read stories, only poems, I mean I like simple words though, like words that make you think for hours." Seonghwa told him.
"Stories are poems, poem are stories. What do you know, Seonghwa?" Hongjoong shook his head.
"I know enough, Hongjoong, enough to know that not all stories are poems, but all poems are stories." Seonghwa replied, turning to him.
Hongjoong shook his head again, but smiling this time, "Can't win you."

They found a table in the library, and sat across from each other. Seonghwa saw his friends sitting at a table near the wall, he gestured to them that he was going to be with Hongjoong for now. Just after two minutes of settling down, Yunho came over to them, "Here you are!" Yunho said, looking at Hongjoong.
"Yeah, why?" Hongjoong asked.
"You didn't come to listen to songs last night?" Yunho questioned.
"Oh yes! I was with Seonghwa, we were hanging out in the hall, then it was late so I just went to bed, sorry if you-" Hongjoong was saying.
"Whatever. By the way, Seonghwa, I am working hard for you man, you have to come listen to me tonight." Yunho said.
"Working hard?" Seonghwa asked.
"Yeah, Jongho asked for help with the prophecy." Yunho told him.
"Oh." Seonghwa said.
"So you guys still can't find the prophecy?" Hongjoong asked.
"It's hard, they are working hard." Seonghwa told him.
"If you say so." Hongjoong said.
Yunho smiled at this, he got up, "You seem to have finally found those eyes, huh?" Yunho asked as he nudged Hongjoong.
For a second, Seonghwa could almost see Hongjoong blushing, but it was quickly gone when he said, "Shh, you go and find your prophecy."
Yunho laughed at him, then skipped away, waving at both of them.
"Eyes?" Seonghwa asked.
"Nothing, he just likes fooling around." Hongjoong told him.
They got back at their work.
After a while, amidst the silence, Hongjoong spoke, rather excitedly, "Hey, look at this," he said, his eyes still on the book he was reading, "Perhaps it is the greater grief, after all, to be left on earth when another is gone." Hongjoong read from the book.
"Perhaps." Seonghwa said.
Hongjoong widened his eyes, "Woah, that's exactly how Achilles replies to the sentence!"
Seonghwa looked at the book Hongjoong was reading, and understood what he meant.
"Who's Achilles?" Seonghwa asked.
"One of the main characters of this book. He was a great greek hero." Hongjoong said.
"See? I am like Achilles then, we even share the same words." Seonghwa said, a childish but proud smile on his face.
"You sure are," Hongjoong smiled at him, "I'll be Patroclus then."
"Who's that now?" Seonghwa asked.
"Nah, no one, just another character in the book." Hongjoong replied.
