"Hey, Infiltrator, you in here?" Purifier poked her head into Infiltrator's room, seeing how dark it was and also seeing the lump on the bed, meaning she must be asleep.

She went over to the bed, gently shaking her friend's unconscious body and hoping it would wake her. When she realized it wasn't working, she started to poke her cheek...still nothing.

"Infiltrator?"

She turned her head, but gasped as she looked into her eyes. They were blank and white, devoid of life and only staring endlessly into infinity.

"I-Infiltrator?!" She checked for a pulse, feeling one still present, but the blank stare was really scaring her. She picked her up and rushed out of the room, going through the building in search of someone who can help.

...

"Alpha!"

"What is it Purifier? Can't you see I'm-" She wasn't allowed to finish as Purifier went in front of her and showed her the current state of Infiltrator.

Her eyes went wide when she saw her blank and unmoving eyes. "Put her on the table, now."

Purifier did as told, and Alpha floated up and looked up and down the seemingly comatose Siren's body. There seemed to be no irregularities in her blood pressure, her actual Health was fine, and there wasn't interference from any outside source.

"Do you know what's wrong with her? Is there anything we can do?"

Alpha scratched her head a bit. "I'm unable to figure out what's going on with her, and if we can even do anything about it. Her body is completely fine, so whatever is plaguing her is something affecting her mind."

Purifier looked extremely worried, taking one of Infiltrator's hands in her own and squeezing gently. Alpha decided to sift through their catalogues of data to see if she can find any related sources for diagnosis of her condition, hoping to find someway to assist the unconscious woman.

All they could do now, was wait and hope for the best.

As for Infiltrator, she still couldn't figure out how to cancel her powers, nor how to simply go back. So for now, she had her talk with Spee, and now she's walking around in her mist like form, taking care to avoid the other girls as she explores the base once again.

'I never thought I'd be back here, and in such a state nonetheless.'

The base was still the same as ever, if not a little gloomier than before. She was certain that her betrayal and her actions that day were what caused this sudden downtrodden behavior in everyone.

Her continued walk carried her through the base, through walls and through doors like she really was a ghost. It was fairly fun, but she knew it would probably get boring after some time.

...

Floating into another building, one she recognized as the bar, she saw two people that she had as close friends here at the base, one drinking quite heavily, and the other soothing them with back rubs.

"I-I can't believe her! She's done so much for us and she just leave us like that?!" She could tell that Scharnhorst was completely shitfaced, as well as distraught over Infiltrator's abandonment.

Gneisenau didn't say anything, only giving her sister a side hug and resting her head on her shoulder. Scharnhorst was taking in more alcohol than she usually does, probably fueled by the want to just forget everything that happened.

'That...that's depressing...'

She walked over to them, hearing Scharnhorst's sobs and seeing the small line of tears Gneisenau had broke something in her. She wanted to comfort her friends after having left them behind to go back to th-
