A/N- another short one :((

Though hopefully I'll be able to make at least a 1000-word oneshot soon this week.

Anyway, enjoy <33

-Nico's POV-

It was a cold, crisp, autumn morning.

I woke up at about 5 in the morning since I planned to take Y/N on a date.

I wanted to take her for a walk in the park to enjoy the sunrise.

Luckily, she was a morning person. (yea, right)

Anyway, I pulled a black, woolen sweater over my head, then a fluffy, wool, black jacket to match.

I know, I know. It's a bit too much since summer just ended a week ago and it was still a bit warm outside.

But on the other hand, I did it all for Y/N actually, being the stubborn young lady she is.

Well, you'll see soon enough.

I brushed my teeth and freshened up, then walked over to G/P cabin.

I gently knocked on the door.

"Hey, Y/N?" I called quietly, "Are you ready?"

"Yep," she said, walking out.

"Morning, love," I smiled, kissing her cheek.

"Good morning," Y/N smiled back, giving me a hug.

She was using a plain, white shirt and some jeans. Even with simple clothes, she looked awesome.

I sighed, "I told you to bring a jacket, or use a sweater, at least."

"I'll be fine," she said, giving me her classic sideways grin, "Don't worry."

"Alright then," I rolled my eyes playfully.

I offered my arm to Y/N, "Shall we, m'lady?"

Y/N laughed, "Indeed."

She gripped onto my arm as I shadow-traveled to our favorite park.

We walked over to a wooden bench and sat down, Y/N snuggled closer to me as I wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

A few minutes later, the sun came up. It engulfed the park in a beautiful orange light as the sun shone its face onto us.

Though the sun was shining, the wind around us still made me shiver.

I glanced at Y/N and saw her shivered too. I grinned.

"Do you need my jacket, Y/N?" I asked teasingly, "Or are you not cold?"

"I'm fine," she said shortly.

"Come on, admit it. I won't laugh."

"You're laughing right now!" she blushed.

I shrugged, "Close enough."

I took my jacket off and put it on Y/N.

"Thanks though," she smiled at me.

My face turned a bit red as I looked at her. She looked absolutely adorable in my jacket.

Y/N wrapped her arms around herself and laid her head on my shoulder.

"You know," she said, "I would rather admit to Piper that I had a crush on you than admitting I'm cold when you told me to bring a jacket. You know, hypothetically."

"Yea... hypothetically," I smiled, kissing Y/N's hair, "You beautiful, stubborn angel."
