Chapter 43

Amy and Lou went through the size of Cabins allowing for up to eight people, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Amy suggested Ten Cabins near the Lake and Five around the pond to start with.
Lou thanked Amy for her Idea's and help and told her she had a lot of planning to do like power, water and waste. She was hoping to go green but was going to look into it as it would save on having to put in pipes, (except for the waste tank) and power cables, she wanted each Cabin to be individually sustainable, like solar and wind power. Water was another headache but with the Cabins being at a lower level she may be able to drill for water and pumps would draw the water up. Richard new about that part so left it up to him to come up with a plan. They were both excited about there future plans and the input Amy had given.
Lou still didn't know how rich her little sister was and Amy was keeping that quiet as Lou needed to finance her own business.
One thing Amy did decide on though was she would restock the fish in the Lake and Pond as she owned half anyway. However she got a specialist to look at the Pond and see if it needed to be enlarged.

The next three months flew by and the babies were in a good position so she had the option of a natural birth as the twins were about 6lbs each or a
cesarean section. She decided on natural but a cesarean section as a last resort.
A week later Amy's waters broke and Ty took her to the hospital, Lou was looking after Jordyn with the help of her daughter Katie who was ten years old and her son Thomas who was seven.

Lou kept phoning Ty every hour to see how Amy was doing, it had been eight hours but the nurses had said that it could be 12 hours before Amy was Ready to bring them into the world but he would phone her the moment they were born whatever the time was , Lou thanked him and finally relaxed.
Five hours Later and Lou was woken up by her phone at 3am.
Ty explained that both babies were fine and they'd had a boy and a girl, she was 6lbs 3oz and he was 6lbs 7oz, Amy was fine but very tired and he'd see her in the morning. Ty then sent photos of them to Tim and Lou.
After going through the name's they'd written down Amy and Ty called there Daughter Olympia and there son Austin.

When Ty turned up at the Ranch House Tim was there all smiles and he Lou and Richard were giving him congratulations, Tim couldn't believe he had five Grandchildren and wished Marion was here to see them. He was grateful that Lou decided to come home as he now had his family around him, Lou only lived about 4hrs away until she came home. As for Tim, his relationship with his girlfriend didn't work out but he was seeing someone new , she was 15 yrs younger than Tim but it didn't bother either of them, her name was Jessica and she used to do Amateur photography but was trying to make a living at it, Tim was going to introduce her to the family very soon.

Two months Later

Ty was there for Amy when she came home with the twins, he'd taken two weeks off to help and suggested they get a part time nanny to help Amy from 12 till 5 which worked out really well and gave Amy time to herself.
Ty was very busy at Briar Ridge as it was foaling season again and Amy was able to go to see the four wild herds who were also foaling, she took Jessica with her a few times and the family had really taken to her. She'd asked Amy if she could take photo's of them and Amy told her to help herself as anything she sold or put in articles in magazines would be good for highlighting the work being done to help the wild horses.
Lou and Amy got on well with their dad's girlfriend although Amy and Jessica had really hit it off together more so than Lou, but that was just Lou.
Amy was busy planning her wedding for 4 months time but also needed to talk to Ty about an opportunity that had arisen and needed to act as soon as possible.
Amy asked Ty if they could talk, he looked worried and Amy saw it in his face, It's nothing about us It's business Ty but I need to act fast.
If it's your business Amy you don't have to ask me.
Well it's going to cost a bit and as we're a couple and getting married I thought I should say something.
Tell me if you want to Amy but if I was to be doing the same thing to you what would you say to me.
Probably the same thing your saying to me ha ha.
Exactly, we both have our own businesses and yes it's nice to let each other know what's going on but we don't need permission from each other, okay.
Well how about we just keep each other informed about changes.
That'll do for me Amy. So what was you getting worried about love.
Well I'd like to expand Heartland, the Ranch House of Big River burnt down and the elderly Rancher didn't make it. His daughter wants to sell the Land but keep the house and have it rebuilt as she grew up there, I said I was interested in the 1400 Acres but wanted to talk to you first.
Well thank you Amy, and my honest opinion to you is that you'd be mad to let that go with it touching the border of Heartland's Land, so buy it and triple the size of Heartland".
"So you think it's a good investment".
"Hell yes Amy, you have a Business to run and think how much more land you, Lou and your Dad would have, your Dad could invest in a bigger Cattle Herd and you'd both have more grazing land than you'd know what to do with, as well as harvesting it for Hay".
Amy was smiling and laughing.
"What, ,,,, Amy".
"I wasn't going to ask if I could buy it ha ha, I wanted to see if you thought it was a good plan", ha ha ha.
"Oh, here's me presuming again".
"Don't be silly Ty, I thought what you said was really nice, thank you love".
They hugged and kissed and both started Laughing.
