After what happened in the cafeteria a couple of days ago, y/n didn't talk to Hanma, even when she saw him in the corridors of the school. She felt like she was a bother to him, so she didn't push him to talk to her. Hanma felt her disappearance of his life pretty hard, it was like the only small light in his every day life was gone and now there was nothing to light his way to help him move on. And not only that, but most of the students gave him a hard time for hurting her, especially Mikey and his little friends. They will always bump into him by "accident" or try to pick a fight with him, but for the first time in his life Hanma didn't feel like fighting, cause he knew he deserved it all.

Winter break finally came and all the students were free for the holidays. Y/n had more free time to spend with her friends, to go shopping for presents and get her head out of the Hanma situation. Ema, Mikey's sister and her best friend of all time, made sure to be around y/n all day and text her all night.

"Girl, do you wanna hang out tonight and go to watch a movie?", Emma asked thru the phone and giggled, "maybe you'll finally meet a boy to get your attention. You've been single for way too long..like...for your whole life?".

"Yeah we can go to the movies", y/n chuckled and rolled her eyes, "I'm not going to say anything about the boyfriend part. Who's coming with us?".

"The usual-me, you, my brother and Draken, Chifuyu and Baji, Takemichi and Hina, Smiley and Angry, and Mitsuya", Emma explained.

"Sounds cool".

Fast forward to one hour later. The whole friend group was standing right in front of the cinema waiting for Mikey and Emma to show up, because they were always late. All of them were talking and laughing, everything was good. Y/n told Baji, that's she's going to the bathroom before the movie. He nodded his head and turned his attention back to Chifuyu.
Y/n walked inside of the building trying to find the bathroom. Eventually she succeeded and got inside. When she was done and she walked outside of the building, her friend were already gone. Where are they? Y/n grabbed her phone and called Baji to ask him where they are, when suddenly a familiar figure appeared in front of her eyes. It was Hanma dressed in very nice clothes and his hair was styled really good, his chain was complementing his nice neck.

Hanma turned his head and their eyes met immediately. Staring deep into each other, no one blinks or speaks. Y/n looked really good tonight. Dressed with nice black leather skirt with white pullover and nice gold black coat, and of course the small bag. Hanma couldn't help, but admire her style. The girl finally broke eye contact and began to walk towards the entrance of the movie theatre.

"Y/n, wait!", Hanma shouted after her and got up to catch her. He stopped in front of her and looked down to meet her eyes. She looked so sad and angry at the same time..all because of him. "I'm sorry about what I said back in school, I didn't mean to hurt you".

"You were pretty clear that I'm annoying to you anyway, why are you even bothering to explain, we popular kids...we are all the same", y/n was holding back her tears. She looked down at the ground so Hanma can't see what a cry baby she is and how much his words have hurt her. He felt extremely bad for saying all of this, because he realised that he actually enjoyed her company and she was a truly nice person. Maybe he enjoyed more than her company, he enjoyed her in general.

"You are not", Hanma put his finger under her chin and lifted it up, so the girl can see him, but he was wrong for that. Small tears were rolling down from her eyes to her cheeks messing up her beautiful fine make up. Hanma let go of her chin and whipped her tears with his big thumb trying to calm her down, "you are the nicest person I've have ever met, you are gorgeous, you are smart, you were..the first person to see me in a different light. I'm sorry, y/n".

"Hey, y/n, there you a-...", Baji comes out of the theatre and stopped. He saw your face and the tears, he saw Hanma closer to you, his hand on your face and immediately got mad thinking he hurt you in anyway, "you piece of shit, imma end you!", Baji screamed.

"No, no, Baji-kun!", y/n tried to explain, but it was too late. Baji jumped on Hanma, since he was way shorter than him and punched him in the face. Hanma returned the punch back and the two guys started fighting.

Y/n tried to separate the two, but he got pushed back by Baji and she fell on the ground kinda hitting her butt. Baji continued to have the upper hand and Hanma was still under him getting pretty beat up. His face was now all covered in blood, his clothes were ripped off and his hair was messy again. Finally the security of the movie theatre came and separated the two boys sending them away from the theatre. Emma and Draken walked outside to see what's going on and help y/n to clean herself from the dirt. The poor girl followed Hanma with her eyes and how he was walking away from her. I accept you apology, Hanma-san, she thought to herself and Emma go her by the hand pulling her inside of the theatre.
Hanma stopped at the nearest bus stop and got out the pack of wipes that y/n gave him. He started whipping his blood from his face and he smiled to himself. It was worth it, he thought to himself and continued to wipe the blood from his nose.
