chapter 32-It was all lies. (Ryder)

"What the fuck have you done?" Mia yells at me storming into my room with Lucus trying to pull her back.

I haven't moved from the spot two hours ago where Bee told me it was over, all because I fucked up and wasn't safe.

"Babe  you need to calm down. We don't know what's happened." Lucus tries to interject.

"Yes we fucking do, it's all fucking here." Mia shouts waving a piece of paper around.

"She left Ry, she fucking left, the first real friend who excepted me for me has just packed up and gone. " she cries into Lucus shoulder.

"What? What do you mean  she gone?" I stand abruptly pushing through my door, storming into her room.

I hear the loud footsteps of Mia and Lucus follow behind me.

"She left, she quit college, she just given up." Mia sobs.

"She cant have. " I said as I'm pacing up and down her room, opening the  chest of draws, wardrobes to see everything gone.

"Its all in here, she left me a note. "

I quickly snatch the note out of Mias hand and collapse on Bee bed gripping the letter tightly.

Sorry I dont have much time to explain but things have happened between me and Ryder, I'm sure he will explain everything but for now I need to go.
I've rang the student office and dropped out of university from today, theres some money in the envelope which will cover the next three months rent until you find someone to replace me.
I wanted to say thank you for being a true friend since I arrived, your had my back every step of the way and il always be truly grateful.
Maybe once I'm settled in my new life we can meet up again.

Tell Ryder I'm sorry, I dont blame him but I cant bare to be around and watch everything unfold while I'm still here.

I grip the note tighter and tighter until it rips.

"Shit, she gone. She's actually left me, I didnt think she'd actually leave, I thought." I begin to breakdown and sob. " I thought she'd at least stay and finish her course and I could try and win her over again in time. Fuck. "

Mia kneels to the side of me pulling me into a hug.

"What happened Ry, tell us please, we can try and help you." She asks.

"I fucked up, that's what happened" I shout.

"I finally had my girl back, the girl I've been in love with since I was 14, I was so bloody stupid. I slept with Sophie and she's....."

" Are you kidding me right now, you slept with Sophie, you cheated on Bianca?!" Mia roars and she continues to hit my chest.

"I didnt, it's not like that. Before me and Bianca got together I swear that was the last time we slept together." I sigh.

" wait, what, so what's the problem then? Mia raises her eyes to look at me as Lucus keeps her pulled closer to him.

"She pregnant. "

"She came round this morning, she three months pregnant, she showed me the scan and everything. "

"Now would be a good time to talk." I stare at both of them who look to me speechless.

"Ah man, what are you going to do? " Lucus taps me on the shoulder.

"Be there for Sophie, she wants to keep the baby, so I guess I've got to step up and prove to her I can be a good dad. "
