Yellow waved to Red, who walked to his house. Yellow opened the rustic door of her house and stepped in.

For some sort of reason, Yellow's house felt cleaner. Yellow walked into the kitchen, where she saw many boxes were unpacked. Yellow looked at the dining table, which had a note on it that was left by her mother.

Hi, Honey!

I'm going to a diner in Viridian City with a co-worker of mine! Exciting, isn't it?? I arranged with your new friend, Red, and his parents that you will go to his place for dinner! I hope you have a great time :)

<3, Mom.

Yellow re-read the note three times before it hit her that she was going to Red's for dinner. Yellow sighed, and changed her clothes to a basic pale purple hoodie and jeans. Yellow put on some slip-on shoes, and left her house.

Yellow walked to Red's house, and past three houses on her way. She suspected one of them must be Green's house. Or his girlfriend's.

Yellow knocked on Red's door, and someone she didn't recognize answered it.

"You must be Yellow!" Said a woman with brown hair. "I'm Delia, and I'm Red's mother! Come on in!"

Yellow smiled awkwardly while walking into Red's house. She looked around the cozy little house. In the kitchen was plates and food cooking in the oven. In the living room, Yellow saw two little kids playing with cars and trucks. One of them looked to be Red's little brother.

"Red is in his room!" Delia said.

"Alright, thank you ma'am!" Yellow said.

Yellow walked to Red's room and knocked on his door. "Red! It's me, Yellow!"

Yellow waited a couple seconds for some response. She heard the sound of a window closing, then Red's voice.

"Come on in!" Red said.

Yellow opened the door, and was greeted with a shirtless Red.

"Red! Why don't you have a shirt on!" Yellow said, feeling her face turn warm-ish. He wasn't too muscular, but he wasn't that lanky either.

"Oh, sorry about that... I usually don't have my shirt on when I'm at home..." Red went to his closet to grab a shirt. "I can put one on if it makes you uncomftarble," he said.

"Alright," Yellow said.

Yellow was about to say something else when Red's mom came in through the door.

"Hey, kiddos! Dinner is on the table!" Delia said, walking away from Red's door, keeping the door open.

Red sighed. "Nobody ever closes the door-" he said.

Yellow laughed. "Can we go eat? I'm starving,"

"Alright... let's go!" Red said, walking out of his room.

Red and Yellow sat at the kitchen table with Red's mom, Ash, who Yellow learned was Red's little brother, and Gary, Ash's friend.

Ash and Gary were playing with their toy trucks on the dining table, weaving the trucks through their dinner bowls and water glasses as if it was a obstacle course.

Yellow sat next to Red, who was finishing his dinner. Yellow already finished hers. Red's mom was an amazing cook, and Yellow told her many times already, and not just to be polite, she really meant it.

"That was great, thanks, mom!" Red said, picking up with bowl from the table and grabbing Yellow's bowl. Yellow watched him put the two bowls next to the sink, and as he walked back to the dining table.

"Hey Yellow?" He asked. "Can you stay the night here? I can give you some of my clothes,"

Yellow saw Delia's eyes light up. "Aw! You two can have a fun little sleepover~!" She said. "I can get some snacks, and extra blankets if you need any-"

Red sighed. "Mom, don't worry, we are fine!" He said, and Yellow nodded in agreement.

"Alright! Have a great time~!" Said Red's mom, watching Red and Yellow walk to Red's room.

Red opened the door for Yellow. "Ladies first!" He said in a cocky tone.

Yellow rolled her eyes and laughed, but took the offer. Yellow sat on Red's bed as she watched Red search through his messy closet.

"Do these work?" Red asked, holding up a pair of shorts and a t-shirt that looked a little too large for Yellow.

"Yeah, looks good!" Yellow said, taking the clothes from Red. "Where should I change...?"

"You can just change in the bathroom there." Red pointed to a door in his room Yellow hasn't yet noticed.

"Alright, thanks!" Yellow said, closing -and locking- the bathroom door.

Yellow took off her shirt and slipped on the shirt Red gave her. It was sure big. It went all the way down to her knees. Yellow shrugged. She took off her pants and slipped on the shorts Red gave her. Sadly, those were too small, so Yellow kept only her underwear on. It didn't really matter though, since the shirt was like a dress.

Yellow looked in the mirror and undid her long ponytail. Yellow brushed through her hair with her hands, trying to un-tangle it as much as she could. Yellow was about to tie it back up when she heard the sound of a window open.
