Harin woke up with an ache radiating through her lower back, the dull pain a sharp reminder of the previous night's activities. Expected, right? she thought to herself, rolling onto her side with a groan. At least she didn't have any pressing commitments today.

Her schedule had cleared up nicely—her dance classes for the month had wrapped up, and registration for the next batch wouldn't open for another two weeks. That gave her ample time to rest, recover, and regain her energy. But as she lay there, staring at the ceiling, she couldn't help but reflect on her current predicament.

"Sleeping with a pureblood is no joke," Harin muttered to herself, a wry smile tugging at her lips. She shifted slightly, wincing at the sharp twinge in her back. The memory of Jeno and his unrelenting stamina resurfaced, sending an involuntary heat rushing to her cheeks.

An alpha's body isn't designed to handle a co-alpha, she mused. Maybe being an omega has its perks after all.

With a sigh, Harin forced herself upright, every movement a reminder of last night's intensity. She shuffled to the bathroom, determined to at least rinse away the evidence of her soreness. Staying home felt like the best option today—there wasn't anything urgent at the studio that required her attention, and frankly, she wasn't in the mood to be productive.

As the warm water cascaded over her, Harin felt some of the tension in her muscles ease. Her thoughts wandered back to her current freedom. It wasn't as though she was lazy; she loved her work and took pride in her discipline. But today was a rare moment where she could indulge in a slower pace, no obligations pulling her in different directions.

By the time she stepped out of the shower, her phone buzzed incessantly on the counter, the notifications pouring in like a relentless tide. Harin raised a brow, towel-drying her hair as she picked up the device.

9:00 AM. Her phone had been off all morning, and clearly, the world hadn't stopped trying to reach her. She waited a few moments for the notifications to load, watching as the screen filled with messages.

The flood of texts was overwhelming: dozens of messages from her brother, a few concerned notes from her mom, and a smattering of updates from Jaemin and... Jeno.

Her brows furrowed as she scrolled through the chaos. What could possibly warrant this much attention so early in the day? Harin sighed, bracing herself for the onslaught of information.

With a soft groan, she sat on the edge of her bed, her sore muscles protesting the movement. Swiping through the notifications, she started with her brother's messages—his texts were rapid and laced with urgency, filled with questions and updates she barely had the energy to process.

Her mom's messages were next. As always, they were a mix of genuine concern and gentle nagging about her wellbeing. "Are you eating properly?" one text read. "I hope you're not pushing yourself too hard!" another chimed in.

Harin let out a small chuckle. Typical Mom.

Jaemin's texts were more casual, but she could sense an undertone of curiosity. He had always been someone who pried just enough to satisfy his nosiness without crossing boundaries.

"How's your back?" one message read, accompanied by a winking emoji. Harin rolled her eyes, shaking her head with a smirk.
