The weekend arrived once more, ushering in a change of seasons.

Spring.

The streets burst into a spectacle of life, with flowers blooming in vibrant hues. Their soft, romantic glow blanketed the once-gray sidewalks and stark city buildings, infusing the environment with warmth and serenity. Social media feeds became floral galleries, showcasing nature's annual celebration of renewal.

Among the bustling crowd of spring enthusiasts were two contrasting figures. One was a female alpha who carried herself with reluctant patience, feeling as though she were babysitting. The other was a grown male omega whose boundless enthusiasm shone through every smile and laugh.

Both wore pastel-colored clothing that complemented the season. A camera hung from the omega's neck, swaying slightly as he frequently stopped to snap pictures of the blossoms.

"Go stand over there and smile!" Jaemin chirped, practically pushing Harin toward a particularly picturesque cherry blossom tree.

Harin frowned, immediately stepping out of the camera's frame. "I don't do pictures."

"Come on~ just one! For me?" Jaemin pouted dramatically, clutching his camera.

"You go stand there, and I'll take lots," Harin retorted, crossing her arms.

"No! You've already taken, like, a hundred of me!"

"Jaemin," she sighed, glancing around to make sure no one was watching their playful bickering. "Keep your voice down."

The omega only deepened his pout, folding his arms with exaggerated flair. "If you don't, I'll shout."

"Na Jaemin..."

"Three... two..."

"Fine, fine! Just one!" Harin grumbled, throwing her hands up in surrender.

Jaemin's grin returned instantly as he began directing her like a professional photographer, positioning her under the blossoms with instructions for every pose.

"Turn a little to the left. No, my left! Okay, now smile—just a little! Perfect!"

One snap turned into dozens as Jaemin gleefully filled his memory card with photos of Harin. His camera captured every angle of her, from slightly annoyed expressions to begrudging smiles, as well as every flower and bush they passed.

By the time they stopped for lunch at a cozy diner, Jaemin was scrolling through his camera, giggling at his collection of pictures.

"Nana, eat first," Harin reminded him, sipping her drink.

"Okay, wait," Jaemin mumbled, still focused on the screen.

"Na Jaemin," Harin repeated, her tone firmer.

He sighed theatrically, turning off the camera and letting it rest on his chest. "Fine." His exaggerated pout resurfaced, but Harin quickly distracted him with conversation, steering him away from his sulking.

Soon enough, Jaemin was smiling again, chiming in with his usual energy and reacting to every word she said.
