I haven't updated in 2 months, so here's a long chapter for you all. Sorry for making you wait so long.

"I still can't believe you never told me that you wanted to get a nose piercing," Aspyn said with a smile on her face. "I wish I could've seen how you reacted when getting it done. I bet you were so scared," she teased.
"Next time," I rolled my eyes. "It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would though. It only hurt for the first few seconds and then the pain was gone. I think I over-thought it a bit too much. I told myself that it would hurt way more than it did. I ended up just scaring myself," I explained.
I thought back to what my dad's reaction was when he saw my new piercing for the first time. It was similar to what Aspyn had also thought.
"When you told me you wanted to do something I didn't expect a nose piercing," he said as he inspected my face. "I thought you were going to come home with a whole sleeve of tattoos," he laughed.
"Maybe next time, dad," I smiled.
"It does suit you though," he nodded. "Were you nervous? Did you almost back out of it?" he began to tease me.
"I'm going down to my room now. We can talk when you don't want to tease me anymore," I smiled as I left my dad standing in the kitchen and headed down the stairs to go to my room.
Aspyn and I have been at the beach for the past two hours. We had been laying on our beach towels trying our best to tan. From the looks of it, we weren't doing too well because we looked redder than anything close to a light tan.
I've been trying my best to catch up with Aspyn since the falling out that I had with Brynley, but it hasn't been easy. At least I'm trying though. That's all I can do right now.
"So what have you been up to since we last talked?" Aspyn asked, breaking the small silence.
"I don't even remember when we last talked in person," I sighed. "But I know I haven't told you about the little vacation that Harry and I went on," I smiled at the thought.
"What do you mean you went on a vacation with him?" she asked as he sat up.
"His mom and my dad were talking about us going somewhere. They thought we should have one last getaway. I guess you could call it before he has to start football practice again. His mom found a little cabin on the coastline for us to stay in for four days," I explained.
"What did you guys do while you were there?"
"My favorite day was when we went cliff jumping," I smiled as I sat up, resting my hands behind me and leaning back on them. "We hiked up to a cliff and then before Harry jumped he may have said that he loved me," I mumbled as I looked away from her.
"He said what?!" she yelled with a huge grin on her face. "Please tell me you said it back. Please, please, please!"
"I did, yeah," I nodded as I lightly blushed.
"Have I told you that I'm extremely happy for you? Because I am. I really am," she smiled at me. "After everything that happened with your ex, I'm glad you're with someone like Harry. He's a great person from what I can tell,"
"We just need to get you a boyfriend now," I teased her.
"We can get to that once you let me get to know that boyfriend of yours," she said. "You've been together for a few months now and you have still not let me really be in the same room as him or even speak to him without you being there,"
