Spencer
It's April 23rd which means it's been a little over a month since Harry and I first started dating. We've kept our relationship to ourselves besides our families knowing about it. Aspyn and Brynley have also found out just from seeing us constantly being together. Other than that, we haven't told anybody because quite frankly, nobody needs to know about it.
My mom had come home from New York and didn't say anything to me. She was home for a few days before she left to go to another big city for more business things. She had yet to text or even call me about anything. I guess she was just going to ignore me for the time being. I was perfectly fine with that because I didn't want to hear from her anyway.
We were on our lunch period right now and I have yet to see Harry in the cafeteria. I walked down here with my friends so I didn't even take any time to look for him. Aspyn was currently ranting to Bryn about who knows what because I didn't care to listen at the moment. I always seem to zone out once I had gotten to lunch. It was my only time during the day where I could think without worrying about missing anything important.
I was knocked out of my thoughts by a hand being placed on my shoulder. I looked up to see Harry beginning to sit down in the seat next to me. I smiled as I locked my phone, setting it down in front of me. Aspyn and Bryn didn't seem to notice that he had shown up. They must've been in too deep with whatever they were talking about.
"You disappeared, where'd you go?" I asked.
"Dylan asked if I could take him to get something for lunch. I wanted to leave for a bit so I agreed. I brought back my smoothie for you," he said, handing me the large cup he had.
"Why are you giving me this? It's yours," I asked, trying to give it back to him.
"I was sick of it," he shrugged. "I didn't want to throw it away in case you wanted the rest of it,"
"Well, thank you," I said, taking a drink of the smoothie.
"You're welcome," he nodded.
"When did you get here?" Brynley asked Harry once she realized that we weren't the only ones at the table anymore.
"Little bit ago," he answered.
"You would've known he was here if you two weren't ranting," I joked.
"You'll understand why we've been talking for a while once we tell you what it is we have been talking about," Aspyn said.
"Tell me then," They both looked over at Harry. "So it's something that can't be said around Harry?"
"It has something to do with a certain football player," Aspyn answered.
"Which one?" Harry asked her. "I'm sure I know quite a bit about him,"
"Chase," she stated.
"You like him don't you?" I asked her as I rested my elbows on the table.
"Spencer!" she yelled at me.
I guess she didn't want Harry to know about that.
"I can set you up with him," Harry stated. "I'm sure he would love that,"
"I'll get back to you on that," she said to him.
"All of the other football players keep looking over at me, so I'm gonna go see what they want. If I don't come back then I'll see you after school. I'm still taking you home, right?" Harry asked as he got up from his seat.
"You insisted on taking me today, so yes," I nodded.
"Okay, I'll see you later then," he said "We're also getting you something to eat because I know you haven't eaten yet today," he stated and then left the table to go across the cafeteria.
