This was supposed to be up a few days ago, but I got sidetracked. I've been busy with work and stuff happening there that I kind of forgot, but here you go. I'm hoping to have the next chapter up next week or so. Enjoy!

Spencer

I felt like I wasn't lying anymore. Like I was finally free.

I mean, it wasn't lying. It was more of hiding my past from the people that mean the most to me. It felt like a breath of fresh air. I could truly be myself around everyone. Not like I haven't been, but I can be more than I could've been before.

It's Wednesday, so Harry and I are going on our date. The date that I think I asked him on, but I am also not entirely sure. I had just pulled up to Harry's house and was getting out of my car to go to the front door. I knocked on the door with my keys and phone in my hand.

"Come in!" I heard someone yell from a distance inside the house.

I grasped the doorknob and turned it to the left to open the door. I stepped into the cool air of the house to be greeted with Anne's warming smile from the kitchen. "Hey, honey, I didn't think I would be seeing you today,"

"Harry and I are going to the diner today and then maybe somewhere else," I told her. "Well, at least we're supposed to. Is he even awake yet?" I laughed.

"I heard movement up there maybe half an hour ago, but nothing since then. He must've fallen back asleep," she laughed. "It's very like him. Go wake him up,"

"He better be awake," I sighed. "I will go without him, or maybe we can go without him," I suggested.

"I would be honored to go on a date with you, Spencer," she joked as she finished making her tea. "Go wake him up,"

I left the kitchen and made my way across the downstairs over to the staircase. I took the stairs two at a time and made my way down the hallway to Harry's bedroom. I put my ear up to the door to see if I could hear anything. But there was nothing but pure silence. He was really still asleep.

I shouldn't be surprised, though. He's done this before when we had made plans. He would either forget to set an alarm, hit the snooze button too many times, or my personal favorite, sleep through the alarm. I don't understand how he does this and how he does it so many times, but he does.

I slowly twisted the doorknob to make as little noise as possible before fully opening the door. I peeked my head through to see Harry fast asleep with his back facing me. I knew by me opening his door that I would find him sleeping, but I was still a bit surprised. I walked into the room and shut the door behind me. I set my keys and phone down on his dresser and went over to his bed.

I sat down on the right side of the bed, where he was facing. He looked so peaceful when he slept, I felt bad that I had to wake him up.

"Harry," I whispered.

Nothing.

"Harry," I tried again.

Nothing.

"Harry," I said, louder this time.

He began moving a bit.

"Babe," I said, running my fingers through his hair.

"Hmm?" He hummed as he started stirring even more.

"You were supposed to be awake when I got here," I laughed lightly.

"Mhm,"

"We're gonna miss out on breakfast at the diner," I said, moving up his bed to lean against his bed frame.
