Spencer

The past week and a half have been a whirlwind. I spent almost every single day at Harry's house spending time with him and his family. I got to meet his sister and nephew for the first time and got to know all of them more than I had already known. It was very nice to be out of my own world for a little while and be in somebody else's.

Two days ago was the day that we had to say goodbye to Gemma and Finnan. It was a bit sad for me because I liked spending time with the two of them, so I could only imagine how Harry's family felt about it all.

Gemma did mention that they wanted to plan to come back to visit sometime soon. She didn't want her son to not know her side of the family. She said she wanted to come back before this year is over and that she would be bringing her husband so that I could meet him and no longer be in the dark about him.

I was lying in my bed as I tried to muster up the willpower to actually get out of it. It wasn't working too well because I'd only moved a foot and that was to grab my phone from off my nightstand. Other than that, I haven't moved from my spot since I woke up.

My dad came down to my room when I first woke up to see what my plans were for today. I told him I had nothing planned and was just taking the day minute by minute. He said I should go hang out with my friends or Harry so I didn't spend my day alone in my room. I was going to think about his proposition, but then I thought about how relaxing it would be if I just stayed in bed all day. So that's what I planned on doing with my life today.

I zoned out longer than I had planned too. I finally came back to my senses and noticed that Harry was calling me. I hit the accept button and then held my phone up to my ear.

"I thought you'd never answer," he laughed.

"I zoned out,"

"Are you just now waking up?" he asked.

"No, I've been awake for a while. Why? What's going on?" I asked, sitting up in my bed.

"Nothing bad, don't worry," he sighed. "I just wanted to ask if you wanted to come somewhere with me today?"

"And where is that?"

"A tattoo parlor," he quickly answered.

"Are you finally going to get that tattoo that you told your mom that you were going to be getting?" I asked with a slight smile on my face.

"I sure am," he said. I could tell that he was nodding his head and smiling through the phone. "Would you like to come with me?"

"When do you plan on going?"

"My appointment is in an hour,"

"I can be ready in half an hour," I said as I got out of my bed and into my bathroom.

"I'm holding you to it," he said. "I'll be there in exactly half an hour to pick you up,"

"Half an hour, got it," I said as I started the shower.

"Was that your shower?" he asked with a slight laugh.

"Possibly," I answered as I slung a towel over the glass door.

"You better make sure that this shower isn't as long as your normal ones or we won't be making that appointment,"

"Then stop talking to me so I can get myself ready," I laughed.

"But I like hearing your voice,"

"You can hear my voice once you come to pick me up," I replied. "Now, let me get ready so you don't miss your appointment,"
