Spencer

"Spencer," I heard my dad's voice. "Wake up,"

"What do you want?" I asked as I rolled over to face him.

"What time are we supposed to be leaving?" he asked. "Your phone keeps going off as well, it must be Harry,"

I sat up on my elbows and grabbed my phone from my nightstand. I unlocked it to see that I had a couple of texts from Harry and even a few missed calls from him as well. I looked at all of the messages and they all basically said the same things. He wanted to know what time we were going to the diner.

Me: I just woke up. Can I meet you there? My dad and sister want to come along.

Harry: Can you be there by 9:30?

Me: Yes. I'll see you then.

"We're leaving in half an hour," I said to my dad as I climbed out of bed.

"Yes!" he cheered as he left my room.

I guess he was very excited to get to meet Harry today. I rolled my eyes as I started up my shower and begin getting ready.

I took a fairly quick shower like I usually have to do on Saturdays because I sleep too long. I wrung out my hair before drying my body with my towel. I then stepped out of the shower, leaving my bathroom to go into my closet.

I pulled on a matching pair of bra and underwear and discarded my towel into my hamper in my bathroom. I went back into my closet and looked for something to wear. I pulled on a pair of black leggings and I found a black, slightly ripped The Neighbourhood t-shirt. All of the rips were intentional because that's how I like my t-shirt to look.

I slipped it over my head as I walked back into my bathroom. I put on my deodorant and vanilla-scented perfume. I brushed my teeth quickly so I didn't waste any more time and we could finally leave. I brushed through my hair as fast as I could and decided I would let it air dry. I could always just put my hair up if I wanted to later on with the hair tie on my wrist.

I slipped on my black converse and began gathering up what I needed to bring with me. I put my phone in my back pocket and grabbed my wallet and keys just in case I needed them. I shut my lights off and ran up the stairs to meet my dad and sister.

"Mom isn't going to be home when we get back is she?" I asked my dad once I got upstairs. "I don't want her meeting Harry,"

"She's going to be gone until next week,"

"Okay," I nodded. "I'm guessing you're driving then?"

"You're gonna need to give me directions," he said as we all left through the side door.

"That's fine," I replied, getting in the passenger seat of my dad's car.

"We get to meet Spencer's boyfriend! We get to meet Spencer's boyfriend!" Peyton began chanting as we made our way to the small diner that was downtown.

"I'm gonna end up regretting this," I sighed as I pulled out my phone.

I decided to text Harry to let him know that we were finally on our way.

Me: We just left the house, should be there in 10 minutes.

Me: When we get there, don't get out of your truck.

Harry: Should I be worried?

Me: My dad and sister are coming along. I want them to get inside first before we go in. I don't want them talking to you just yet.
