me and chrissy arrived at the club at 5pm and ended up drinking and dancing on the night floor. i could feel the alcohol running through my veins as i swayed my hips from side to side. my arms were up in the air and my eyes were closed as i danced my body away. it felt so good to have fun and be with my best friend.
a pair of hips grabbed ahold of my waist. i was immediately shocked by this. who was touching me? his body swayed in tune with mine and soon i felt myself dancing all over him, grinding my ass against him.
hey, i was still single and free. i could be doing anything i wanted and not give a care in the world. after a few more minutes of dancing on each other i turned around to see a handsome man. he was tall, dark and had tattoos on his neck. it immediately reminded me of anthony but it wasn't him.
"damn girl you got some moves" he but his lip and looked into my eyes, hands still on my waist. my heart pounded. this man's eyes were so pretty.
"what's your name?" i asked him smiling.
"ethan"
"i'm luna. its nice to meet you" i began to walk off when he grabbed my arm and spun me back into his grasp. butterflies fluttered around my stomach.
"when will i see you again?" he asked me. god i felt like i was acting in a love movie and this was the part where the couple breaks up and won't see each other for many years. that's what it felt like!
"here, gimme yo phone. i'll put my number in" i held my hand out for his phone to put in it and he smiled gladly at me.
i typed my number in and saved it. he kissed my cheek and it made me blush. walking back to the bar i could see chrissy raising her eyebrows up and down.
"what?" i asked her with a smile. i took a seat beside her and ordered a drink while i waited for her to say something.
"girl you be getting all the men to hit on you and get yo number. what's your secret?" we giggled together and shook our heads.
"i think it's just the body to be honest. but you gotta body to. i feel like you should put yourself out there mo" she nodded.
"either way i gotta man and you know how my loyalty is"
i laughed and nodded my head slowly while sipping my drink. "been knew since the day we met girl"
"yea we knew each other since we was seven. girl, can you believe that? seven years old we knew each other. now we some grown ass adult"
"shit. life feels good and time flies by"
"drink to that!" and we gulped our drinks down and screamed in joy. man this night felt good.
chrissy dropped me off at home since i got more drunk than her. my head was aching and so was my feet but i'll manage just fine.
