Luna Gracie Walker Chicago, Illinois 5:27pm
it's been 4 months since anthony was last killed. everyone he loved and knew attended his funeral. i was due to have my baby girl next month but knowing he won't be by my side hurt even more. kayla and i were devasged. i lost my lover but she lost her little brother.
"i had a feeling cameron and tyler would do something like this" i said to kayla still crying. she held my hand and shook his head.
"me to. their just evil people. they trying to take away the people you love. protect your baby with everything, luna"
"i will kayla. they won't get my unborn baby girl" my hands rubbed my belly like i was comforting. these past four months have been so exhausting and stressful. without him here to hold me or love me is so hard. he's not here with me anymore and it's so hard to accept.
"he's all i wanted" i said. "my heart only ever belonged to him, no matter what other guys may have felt towards me"
"he always had a soft spot for you to" kayla giggled trying to lighten to dark and sad mood. we sat on my bed in the house. we've been both grieving together everyday since it happened and drew closer to each other than ever before.
"i don't think i'll ever get over him. i've drawn so close and became obsessed with him it's just so hard to let go"
kayla placed her hand on me. "it's totally okay. i have to go and be with my mom because of how she's been grieving over his loss but call me if you need anything okay?" i nodded and she grabbed her bag to go. i had to go to the grocery store anyways to get some food picked up.
instead of eating with anthony it was just me and the baby now. every time i brought about her it reminded me of anthony since some of him was in her.
- arriving at the grocery store i had to get some toilet paper but it was to high to reach. i tapped the man in the aisle beside me and asked for his help. he nodded and helped it get it for me, handing it to me.
"thank you" i told him. he smiled and then his eyes glanced to his belly.
"how far are you?"
"i'm due next month. it's a girl" i looked down smiling, rubbing my belly. a part of me was still scared but it'll all be worth it once she's officially here.
he then asked for me number. i thought it was a little strange to ask for a pregnant girls number that you just met but he seemed nice and did just help me so i gave it to him.
being single and without anthony was the worst. all our memories together raced through my head as i thought about him each day. i'd do anything to have him back.
