Skate Fair

Mia POV

The weekend was near and the school had announced that there will be a skate fair. I love to skate and hang so does my girls.

Manny told me he was going so I had to be extra cute. My mom normally work on weekends but today she was home. Inside the kitchen I sat at the table.

Darcy was almost finished cooking. My mom smiled at me and grabbed her phone. Looking crazed she looked at me. "Your sister said she was coming back home for her break."

"Didn't she just start? Already she has a break? How is that mom?" I asked curious. "Don't know sweetie. She didn't say when just that she'll be home for a break."

Rolling my eyes I grabbed my plate from Darcy and ate my breakfast it was tasty to as always. Getting up I took a shower and lounged around in some shorts and a tank top.

Listening to my music I laid in my bed as Manny starts texting me.

Manny: Baby.
Mia: Yes baby?
Manny: Wyd?
Mia: Nothing listening to music.
Manny: Oh I'm thinking about you boo.
Mia: Aww what are you thinking?
Manny: About how lucky I am to have a girl like you in my life.
Mia: Aww bay that's so sweet. I just want to kiss you right now.
Manny: Yeah me too them soft ass sweet lips.
Mia: Baby Brook calling me I'll see you later.
Manny: Ok I love you boo.
Mia: I love you too baby.

Smiling I called Brook back. "Hello." I said.

"Hey you going out tonight for the skate fair?" Brook asked. "Surely am and I'm picking yall up." "So I have a date." Brook said. "With who?" I asked. "The boy who I had a crush on."

"Yay so what's his name?" I asked. "Devin and I am so ready to be his girl already. He has good conversation and handsome." Brook bragged.

Rolling my eyes I yarned. "Well I'll be the jugde of that when we all meet up tonight." "Please Mia don't be a big mouth I know you." "Chill I wont ruin it for your little crush then." I said.

"Okay I'm about to call Ivy and ask if she coming out." Brook said. "Okay great I'm about to get Monica to press my hair." I said getting up. "Okay cool see you later."

Going to meet up with Monica I made it to her shop finally. Once inside the ladies greeted me with a warm welcome as always. "Miss. knight welcome chair two please.

Going to chair two my phone rung. "Hello." I answered. "Hey can you come pick me up?" Manny asked. "From?" I asked. I was worried because he sounded really weird.

"Just come get me man." He said annoyed. "Babe I'm in the chair right now. Soon as I'm done I'm on my way. Send me the address please." He hung up as Monica started on my hair.

My phone vibrates it's manny texting me the address to where he is. Finishing up I GPS the address and make my way over to him. All in ten minutes I called him out.

Walking up to the car he looked sad or pissed off about something. I hate when he is this way because he shuts down completely. "Manny?" "What bay?" He answers.

"Are you good?" I ask looking at him. "Yeah I'm alright your hair is nice." He says looking at me. "Thank you so you going home?" I ask. "Yeah I got to go make some runs before tonight." He said. "Why you out without your car?"

"Mia don't start questioning me like the police alright." He said. "Okay Manny cool hell I won't even." Kissing me before he got out the car I was still a bit curious about the whole thing.

Going back home I had a strange text.

Putting my phone down I looked at myself in the mirror. My hair was shoulder length and jet black, my eyes were a light brown. Pretty pink full lips. Nice caramel skin tone flawless.

I'm about 5'5 with c- cup breasts. Slim toned with a nice booty. Oh and small feet size 5 so all my Jordan's be cheap. Laughing I got out the mirror.

My room was clean so I chilled and watched tv. Flipping through channels my favorite movie Love&Basketball was on. Darcy knocked on the door and asked if I was hungry I said "No I'm good mama."

It was going on eight o clock and time to get going. Since I planned on skating I wore some caprice jeans and a tank top.

Calling Brook and Ivy they both were ready to go. Picking them up I kept queit but Brook mouth was going a mile away. "I'm so ready to see Devin. Ivy how are you and Mario?"

"He cool as hell actually. I like him but who knows how long that'll last?" They laughed and Brook looked at me. I was thinking about that text.

"You good babe?" Brook asked. "Not at all did you get a weird text today?" I asked. "Oh yeah I did." She said. "What it say?" I asked her. "I don't have my teeth in." We looked at her stupid.

"But it was just my grandma. Her number changes like clothes." We all then laughed. She so random at times I swear but I needed the laugh.

Pulling up to the skating ring we got out with our skates ready to roll. Inside we all found our guys. Manny was looking extra fly.

Wearing a whole true religion outfit with the hat made him look good. That boy can dress to impress. Walking up to him he grabbed me closer to him.

Kissing me we hugged each other as the dj got on the mic the once noisey room got slient.

Dj: welcome to the first annual skate fair. Brought to you by some of your fellow peers of last year. We welcome you all and thank you. This was a special event for fund raising for your prom and you've all done great. Now it's time for skate time. Grab your skates and let's get rolling.

Putting on my skates Manny put on his. We smiled and laughed at each other. Grabbing Manny's hand we skated towards the floor. Standing by the ring we watched.

I saw Ivy and Mario. They looked cute together holding hands. Brook and Devin were sitting at a table eating nachos. Those two looked like trouble together.

Smiling the dj played my song as I smiled at Manny because it was his ring tone. He looks at me with a sexy face.

Usher's voice had me and bay holding hands skating together. Taking a break I bought Manny and I something to eat. I was almost done Manny had been finished.

He walked off and found one of his boys who he suppose to be taking home. We had just said how ready we were to go home. I looked up and saw Raven.

She looked super cute. Then Ashley skated up on her smiling. Ashley grabbed Ravens butt and kissed her neck. Raven didn't put up a fight she just smiles and stand there.

I'm not one to judge but I think Raven gay. Maybe they are the couple that's supposed to be getting exposed tonight.

Oh lord I gots to get up out of here fast. Grabbing the girls were difficult. They were just whinning about staying with they man.

I gave up and turned to leave before leaving I saw Manny staring at Ashley and Raven with a serious mean mug. Not saying nothing I just left.
