{Ayah}

Mason smirks the minute he sees me.

"Theo walks in on me having sex all the time, it's no big deal. I wish you guys would have put a sign on the door or something like I do now."

"Or you could stop being lazy and go get a doorknob with a lock on it."
I hold up the one I just picked up from Lowes.

"Yeah, no thanks. I'd rather be lazy."
He's still smirking.

"Leave me alone."
I grumble, setting my laptop bag on the couch.

"I'm not saying anything."
He says simply.

"Well you're thinking very loudly."
I mutter, turning when I hear a door open and close.

"Hey, Ayah. I'm getting ready to go to work in a little bit, you want to come with me to the store?"
Theo walks in talking.

My mind immediately goes back to a few days ago. Oh man, I will never be able to look at him the same way ever again.

"I sure do."
I say even though there's no point. Mason will tease me about this no matter how much I avoid him. Which is not very likely, I know all of my new friends through him.

"I'm sure you do."
He snickers.

"Hey, you leave my baby girl alone."
Theo warns, walking forward for a hug.

"Aww, look at you guys."
Mason stands to the side as I try not to melt in his arms.

"Ignore him. I've been thinking about you all day, my love."
He whispers in my ear.

I can't contain the smile on my face.

I thought I was the only one.

"I was thinking about you too, I got you a lock. You know...for next time."
I bite my lip.

"Quit looking at me like that or that next time will be in 2 minutes."
He growls.

"...I'm still standing right here, thank you."
Mason says loudly.

"Fuck you, you've already seen more than you should have."
Theo growls, grabbing my hand.

"I'll be back in a little while."
I say quietly as he tugs me after him towards the door.

Theo is quiet in the car and at the store.

I walk ahead of him, my mind wandering a mile a minute.

...Well, I guess what I really wonder is if he regrets starting this new part of our relationship.

When I glance back at him, he's hunched over the basket with a thoughtful frown on his face.

"What are you thinking about?"
I mutter as we stop in front of the produce isle.

"How great my girl is."
He says simply.

I blush immediately.

"But, um. I haven't done anything."
I say awkwardly.

"You've done everything. You're here with me now."
He shrugs.
