{Theo}
The minute Mason misses a ball, I know something is up.
I thought nothing of it when he asked me to teach him how to play tennis.
"Do you want to go to the coffee shop with me later?"
He asks innocently."Sure, why not?"
He fails to mention that we are meeting Ayah there.
I fold my arms and stare out the window as they chat.
"Look."
He whispers, nodding behind her.I roll my eyes as a group of girls walk in.
"Absolutely not. We came here for coffee."
I growl, though it's already too late. He's already got a goofy look in his eyes.
I sigh.
When is he ever going to learn?
"The modeling agency around the corner, they must be on lunch break. You think that blonde one will give me her number?"
He mutters, rubbing his hands together."Yeah, why not?"
Ayah sighs, sipping on her coffee.I immediately tense up.
Please God, don't let Mason leave me here with her.
He gets up and skips towards the line.
Damnit.
I slouch down in the booth as awkward silence falls.
I focus on my untouched coffee, starting to feel a little miserable.
Why am I so bothered by her?
Why can't a single thought form in my head when her eyes are on me?
She's been so quiet today. I wonder if she's okay.
I mean, I don't wonder.
I look up nervously but she's too busy staring out the window to notice.
"Stop looking at me."
She says immediately.I hesitate.
I don't know what to say to her.
"I'm not."
I grumble, glancing at Mason again. He's busy talking to 2 of the girls.Oh man, this could take all day.
While I'm debating on if I should just go wait in the car, she clears her throat.
"I don't feel like dealing with your mean attitude today so can we just sit in silence?"
"I thought we were but yeah, sure."
I am very amused. My throat becomes dry as she slowly raises her coffee to her lips again.
Oh, her lips look so soft.
"I don't have a mean attitude by the way."
I mutter awkwardly.She looks around.

Romance"Ayah, this is my roommate, Theo." I smile politely at the scowling man, not making a move to shake his hand like I usually do when I meet a friend of Mason. He looks like he'd rip my arm off even if his arms weren't full. "Ah, so this is the little...
