Flower for a Flower

Just as the night before Dawn was drawn into the beauty of the night, the night sky filled with colours and the smell of the sea was quickly growing to become a comfort to the girl, wither that was because of a certain beach blond was still up in the air. Parking her bike in the same spot as the night before, she jumped off and rushed over to the rides pushing and shoving her way through the crowd slowly getting lost in the sea of people.

Marko couldn't help but be excited for the boardwalk he was always the first to jump off his bike and pull his brother towards all the girls he thought would take the night in a delicious direction, and wherever he went Paul just had to follow. As the youngest of the group they got into the most trouble. Marko went chasing skirts and Paul went chasing Marko. So it was no surprise when they were the first to find trouble on the boardwalk tonight. 

A beautiful women in a red dress was pushing through the crowd and all it took for the twins to give chase was the flowers on her back. David never even got to see dawn make her way through the crowd all he saw was his brother running off obviously after some girls before he began to light his smokes and walk to the end of the boardwalk, all the while keeping an eye out for his beautiful new friend.

After stealing a flower from a vendor the twins worked up there plan still chasing Dawn Completely unaware of who she was to David. They followed her right on the merry go around they found themselves on the night before. Laughing as the circled on the ride they spotted her flowers, pushing each other around and laughing loudly as they came up from behind her first holding out the flower.

"Flower for a beautiful flower." Marko bowed and smiled his most charming smile, until she turned around.

"Oh you have completely fucked us on this one Marko" Paul was so scared he just started laughing and couldn't stop.

Both of them seeing it was Dawn knew they where in deep shit, if they had any colour in their faces it would have drained. Poor Dawn didn't know they know any of that however and thought they had decided to mess with her.

"Excuse me you ass holes? You have got some nerve making fun of a girl because of what? Shes bigger than most? You can go to hell you motley crew rejects!" Dawns face was deep red completely embarrassed by the scene the boys caused, and it was only getting worse and worse because Paul just could not stop panic laughing. Naturally all eyes were on them, even David's.

Dawn pushed up out of her seat as quick as she could and began to get off the ride and quickly pushed through the crowd, embarrassed by her outburst in front of everyone tears began to burn in her eyes. Within the second it took for her to wipe them away she walked right into David almost knocking him over had he not been so much stronger than her.

"Hey,hey whats wrong?"David tried to speak softly hiding the anger in his voice. He knew yelling would only make her more upset.

When she looked up at him with red eyes and a sigh he was so taken back he could almost breathe again. All the messy curls he had seen framed her face and her warm round figure was wrapped in the most beautiful shade of red he had ever seen.

"I just totally embarrassed myself in front of some ass-holes on that ride and everyone was judging me, god I feel like a moron." she laughed at her self trying to look away from David's face.

"Wait what ass-holes what happened?" It took him a minute to answer her because he was completely lost in everything he was feeling.

"Well they tried to give me a flower,but as soon as they got close enough to see me on the ride, one looked absolutely horrified and the other just wouldn't stop laughing." She sighed and began to calm down.

"Now I'm crying in-front of a friend I've just made and I'm completely embarrassed." When she looked back up her face dropped because David was smirking.

"Great now your gonna laugh at me to." She began to turn as David grabbed her hand.

"Hey now I'm not laughing at you I just, I think I know exactly which ass-holes your talking about." He was looking dawn at her his eyes never left hers."Was it them?" he pointed over at the two blonds hurriedly running over to them with a teddy bear they managed to pull out of no where.

"Yeah actually it was,wait,do you know them?" She walked closer to David as Marko and Paul started getting closer.

He leaned down just to her ear and whispered into it while keeping an eye on the crowd.

"They are my brothers, they ones that interrupted our wonderful chat last night. I may have told them to keep away from you,as they like to bother all the pretty girls they find." He let out a small laugh only she could here.

Dawn was bright red, not only did David called her pretty, he called dibs with his brothers. 

The Twins ran up panting with worried looks on their faces all the while David moved behind Dawn.

" Now boys my friend here tells me you went ahead and made scene about her, you both wouldn't know anything about that would you?" David swung his arm around her protectively, even tho he knew the boys wouldn't do anything to Dawn.

"No way dude. Total misunderstanding you gotta believe us." Marko pleaded seeing in Davids eyes that Dawns reaction would determinate what would happen that night.

"Yeah as soon as we realized you were the girl he wouldn't shut up about we panicked I tend to turn into an idiot when I panic." He looked at Marko his partner in crime for help.

"Yeah its true he really does. We even got you this bear to make up for it, we totally ruined our first impression of us huh bro." Marko animatedly hung his head while holding out a simple brown bear with a blue bow. When he got a small smile out of Dawn he knew it was working.

"Yeah and now when we get back to the house David is totally gonna kill us and we will never get to meet his friend ever again. Unless she wants to come back to hang with us to spare us David's wrath"Paul winked at David then gave dawn puppy dog eyes as Marko joined in with him.

"Save us!" They pleaded as Dawn laughed shaking her head and nodding.

" Okay!Okay!As long as you two weren't making fun of me and if David doesn't mind I would love to hang out with you all tonight, seeing as I don't work tomorrow." She looked over to David who was eyeing up his brothers with a very serious face before he faced her and it softened.

"Now why on earth would I mind spending time with you hmm?" David blew out smoke as she smiled at him.

"Perfect! So its a plan, You go show Dawn they way to the house, while me and Marko over here pick up some I'm sorry I'm an ass-hole grub?"Paul was forming a plan.

David simple nodding and gently grabbed Dawns arm leading her away from the twins to the cave.

"I like her." Marko smiled." David, he seems different with her."

"I think different is just what he needs Marko." Paul threw his arm around his brother as they walked to get Chinese food. The two walking backwards to watch the pair get a walk in the moonlight looking just long enough to see Dawn reach out and hold David's hand while they walked. He looked shocked that she would reach out for him, but his brothers weren't surprised at all.
