(Sumedh's pov)
"Sumi u can't catch me...." she yelled and giggled.
Her soft gigglings touched my heart as always making me to smile.
"I can baby" I said.
"No....!!" She shouted back and increased her speed while running with her baby bump....
It was our baby shower day and this naughty wasn't letting me to prepare her for it....
"Baby don't rush it'll harm our child" I said being worried....
Suddenly.... "Aahh... Sumedh!!!" I saw her leg got tripped on something and.....

"Nooo..... Mallika!!!" I shouted but everything got blank....
Darkness prevailed.... I tried hard to open my eyes but was defeated by my weakness. I groaned inside badly... Didn't know what was happening....
My body felt heavy when faint voices fell in ny ears.
"Doctor, Mr. Mudgalkar got back his senses.... His pulse rate coming to the normal...."
I heard them say.... I was confused.... But soon everything got clear when I remembered about our accident subconsciously. The first thing I remember is my child, could I save him? If yes then why isn't he calling me? If not... Then how's he now....?
An urge and fear grabbed my whole self as I started dominating my helplessness.
Pull up Sumedh pull up urself!!
I self motivated.... But soon felt a sting pain on my arm as the antibiotics or some other drug was pushed in my nerves that gradually started spreading in my body..... My strength fell back again....
"We.... Made him unconscious.... As he was going hyper...." the last thing I heard them to say before blacking out.....

"Nooo Mallika!!" He yelled but caught her in his arms securing her completely.
"Mallika u would have done a blunder rn!!! R u mad???"
"Sorry babe...i won't repeat it... I won't let our baby to happen something" She said and hide her face in his neck.
Her palms were sweating.... He understood her situation and rubbed her back...
"And I won't let anything to happen to u" Saying so he kissed her forhead lovingly.
Tears rolled down both of their eyes....

Shrey came and wiped the line of tear fell from his father's eyes in hus subconscious state. He was sleeping the whole day bcs of the weakness and drug affect. The next day when Shrey was ok, he demanded to see his father. At first they didn't allow but they were nothing infront of his stubbornness and care for his father.
"I am going alone only!!" Saying so he started walking but stopped as Vasudev agreed to take him.
"Papa... Get up.... See I have brought my favorite chocolates for u.... I, dadu, chachu.... All will have this sharing with you" He said that in his baby tone.
