I live in a world

That isn't always kind

So I'll write my life away

to get thoughts off my mind.

I don't need to be famous

Or even well known

I just want people to listen

And see how much I've grown.

You don't need to stay

I don't need you here.

But if you want to, I'm thankful

Just put up with my tears.

I'll make you laugh,

I'll make you cry,

While you're reading this at night.

And I hope to keep posting,

Because my thoughts don't run dry.
