Some people are scared of heights.
They scream
And kick.
When they're near a ledge, they cry.
But I laugh and clap
Because when I'm up high.
The weight of the world becomes lighter.
I feel free like a bird,
small,
but above all the world.
No fears to hold me down.
Higher and higher I climb,
lighter and lighter my burdens become.
But let me tell you a secret.
No one is afraid of heights.
Everyone is scared to fall.
