Part I - Naked Truths

It's been a while since we came up with the idea of going to Las Vegas for Jay's Bachelorette party. But we pressed pause on that because of our schedules.

Lila recently was managing a new pop-up, Jay was on-call during most days, Chuck and Lana have been in New York for the past month because Lana was releasing her new record, and I was moving around from one court room to another.

We pushed things around and we all took the weekend off to go to Vegas on the Grant's private jet.

August 16

"Girl, what the fuck is all this," Chuck says as Jay struggled with pulling up her bag.

"What?" Jay says as a guy took her bags.

"We're literally going for three nights," Chuck says.

"An outfit for brunch, dinner, and an outfit to get wasted in," she continues and Chuck huffs causing Jay to push past her.

"Allie!" Chuck says as a guy takes my suitcase before she locks me in a tight embrace.

Jay and I made our way into the jet and threw ourselves on the couch before Lana came out of the bathroom.

"Girl, you can't stay in New York forever!" Jay exclaims as she gets up to hug her.

Lana chuckles as she hugs her back and I get up as a subconscious smile takes over my lips at the sight of her.

Lana and I spoke a couple of times because she needed legal advice and since I wasn't her lawyer, she'd still come to me for a second opinion or when they needed more assistance.

"Hey you," Lana opened her arms as I leaned in a took in her embrace, "Thank you for saving my ass. Again and again."

"No worries," I say with a chuckle as I pull away before I complimented her. "Love your hair."

She smiled as though she really wanted me to notice her hair, even if it was only ten percent darker than it was.

"I knew you looked a little different!" Jay points out.

"Jesus, good eye. Even I didn't know she got it done," Chuck says as she plops down next to Jay.

"What do you know, Chuck," I say while I rolled my eyes causing Lana to chuckle but her eyes still sparked as she flashed me a smile and then it hit me that she just wanted me to notice.

"Vegas here we come!" Chuck says before she tells the attendant to take off.

"Hey! Wait for me!" We hear Lila yell from outside.

"Shit," Chuck cussed as she told the attendant to wait causing us to laugh uncontrollably.

Las Vegas
Day I

8:39 p.m.

For our first night we decided to settle in at the hotel then go out for dinner at the exclusive event in our hotel's bar & restaurant.
