Psychology says listening to music at high volumes can make a person calmer, happier and more relaxed.

Bonus: Music with a strong beat can stimulate brain waves which improve concentration, even after you've stopped listening.

I do think working out is better with music. But yeah, i still hate working out. And nah, music isnt helpful at all.
