Elena and Bonnie are with a lawyer, signing the papers for her to own the house.
Lawyer: Please sign here and here.
She takes the pen.
Elena: Okay.
Bonnie: So this place is all yours? They just gave it to you?
Elena: For now. As sole owner, I'm the only one who can invite a certain type of person in here, if you know what I mean.
Bonnie: Your own personal safe house.
Elena: That's the idea.
Bonnie: Wouldn't want to clean it.
Elena laughs. Stefan, Damon and I are waiting outside while this is going on.
Damon: You really think Bonnie can take on Klaus?
Stefan: She said she could channel enough witch's power to kill him. Elijah thought that would work and he was an Original, so...
Sam : Well, that surely sounds worrying for lil' ol' me.
Damon : Be glad we're not using it on you... yet.
Sam : Ass.
Elena opens the door and lawyer leaves.
Elena: Thank you, Mr. Henry.
Mr. Henry? What kind of stupid ass name is that?
Stefan and Damon walk to the threshold but an invisible force keeps them out. I just shake my head at their stupidity. Like they forget the reason we were standing outside in the first place.
Elena: I'm sorry. I completely forgot.
Then she's a moron too. She tends to Stefan first.
Elena: Stefan. Would you like to come inside my house?
Stefan: I would love to. Thank you.
He enters. Elena then looks at Damon, waiting a bit.
Damon: What are we, twelve?
Elena: One of us is.
Sam : Yeah, me. On a scale from one to ten.
I smile to myself as I get completely ignored.
Elena : If I let you in, do you promise to obey the owner of this house?
What the hell's going on now?
Damon: No.
Yeah, hell no.
Elena: Seriously, Damon. My way. You promised. I call the shots. No lies, no secret agendas. Remember?
Damon: Yes, Elena. Sure.
Elena: Then please, come in.
He enters and looks at Stefan. That's when Elena decides it's finally my turn.
Elena : Sam, same goes for you.
Sam : I don't know, Elena. As an almighty original vampire, I kinda don't like having a teenager tell me who and who not I can bring home... or kill inside my own house.
Elena : You stay out of the Klaus thing. I understand that. But everything else you plan goes by me first.
Sam : Still no, why would I agree to that?
She looks at me defiantly. Let's see who can play this little game the longest. Stefan is already rolling his eyes, while Damon smirks.
Elena : Well, maybe you could use a little change of location then.
