Sapnap jumped off the horse the moment Corpse did. They were way South with the team. Corpse and Schlatt were leading them; Sapnap, Dream, George, Jack and Tommy.

Techno decided to stay back with Wilbur and the Beloveds and Niki to keep an eye on Cersei just in case.

"This is it?" Tommy asked. Corpse nodded, "This is it." he said in a soft voice. "Its water." He said.

George rolled his eyes as he tied the lead of their horses. "Don't judge a place quickly Tommy." Dream said as he sighed.

He stood beside Corpse and nodded at him, "Go." He said with a sigh. Corpse nodded and neared the water, crouching down, he put his palm above the water and George, Sapnap and Tommy froze when the water bubbled.

Everyone watched as the once sunken place rose up and Corpse stood up straight. "Welcome to the Sunken Palace."

They followed Corpse and Schlatt inside, "This was how far we had walked in." Schlatt said as he dropped his knapsack.

Dream hummed, "Where did you feel it Corpse?" he asked. Corpse gulped and looked at him, "Here." He whispered. They all looked around and stayed quiet.

Nothing was heard until rustling. They all turned, pulling out their weapons and following Corpse as he looked for the sound.

"Stop." Corpse said making them stop. They had reached the hall and stared at the throne. There sat an old man, his eyes closed.

Corpse clenched his jaw and walked closer. The man looked up and his eyes opened. They were welcomed with bright blue eyes. Head tilted, "My son-" "You don't get to call me that." he cut him off.

The man sighed and stood up, walking up to the group. Dream walked to stand next to Corpse, "I think that's close enough." He said.

"Half god." The man said. Dream clenched his jaw, "But I'm sure you're not here to just visit your old man." He said.

Corpse bit his tongue and was gonna let Dream speak when Sapnap groaned. Everyone turned to him as he shook his body.

"Fireborn." The king said making Sapnap turn to him. "What?" he asked. The man tilted his head, "What- How do you-" "I know a royal of an element when I see one. Just like how I know Corpse is her son and Cersei is my daughter."

"I am not a royal-" "We don't have time." George said as he placed a hand on Sapnap's shoulder. He turned to see Tommy looking from his communicator.

"Cersei, she started freezing."

"You don't need her heart to wake her up." The king said as he walked in their library. It was run down and Sapnap tried to avoid as much water as he can. He gotta admit, it burned him, bad.

"You just need a temporary one to delay the freezing." He said. "Then it's not a cure." Sapnap said.

The King turned and smiled, "No. It's not. You will still need her heart but if you want her awake, you need to find another one." He said.

"Her mother's." George said. The King nodded, "She will wake up and then you can go from there." he said.

"What if we're too late?" Corpse asked. The King pursed his lips, "If she freezes and her heart isn't back with her then you have a short and small gap of saving her." he said.

He cleared his throat, "In that gap you will have to place her heart on her chest and melt it. Melt her." he explained.

"But how? If we bring her to the Nether, the fires can attack us and using normal fire would be enough." Tommy said.

The King then glanced at Sapnap, "That's where you come in." he said. "Me?" he asked. The man nodded, "Your powers are the right temperature." He said.

"But I still burn her." Sapnap said. Corpse hummed, "That's because of your emotions. But if you control it..." "Then you can save her." The King finished for his son.

"How? My fathers don't even know how." Sapnap said. "That's because you're looking for the wrong person." The King said looking at Dream.

The Nightmare clenched his jaw. "What?" Sapnap asked. "The Fire King." Dream said.

"The one that tried to kill us?" Tommy asked as George sighed. "Yes. If what he says is right then he can help Sapnap." Dream explained.

"But you must remember, there are precautions, if you hold her for too long, you can burn-" "And if she holds onto me, she can burn." Sapnap cut him off.

The King nodded making Dream to shake his head, "No-" "Dream." Sapnap said but the blonde shook his head, "No. You can't do this." "She's dying." Sapnap said making him scoff.

"It could kill the both of you and I don't wanna see that." Dream begged. George gripped his hand making Sapnap smile, "It's the only way."
