Cersei flipped the page of the book she had in her hand. It wasn't particularly interesting but it was enough to keep her entertained while she waited for the owner of the room to arrive.

She sat comfortably on the bed with emerald green satin covers as the sun started to set and the sky's colors started to change. It was a last minute decision to do what she was doing and despite Techno's warnings she still did it.

She was aimlessly just skimming through the words when she heard upcoming footsteps. A second later the door handle jingled and the door was open.

Cersei didn't care who it was, for the matter she didn't care that the person stomped over to her and harshly grabbed the book from her hands.

She sighed as she lazily looked up to see a fuming Dream. His mask now in his hand and he glared at her. "What the fuck are you doing here?" he asked.

She snickered, "Is it really that bad to visit an old friend?" she asked back. Dream snickered, "If you wanted to visit, you could have gone through the front door and not through breaking in using the window." He said.

She smirked at him, "Where's the fun in that?" she asked. He scoffed and pulled her arm so she was standing in front of him. "What are you playing? Why are you here?" he asked, clearly done with her games.

They stared at each other, Cersei's face started to soften as she remembered he memories. "You know why I'm here." She said. He shok his head, "No I don't." He said. She scoffed and pulled her arm away, "I want your word in fighting with me and Techno against our enemies." She said.

Dream stared at her and he sighed, "Fine. I will." He said. She nodded and moved away, "For George." He said. Cersei let out a shakey breath, "Of course." She said quietly.

She stared at the setting sun, her heart breaking ever so slightly. Dream gulped and walked to her, "I didn't mean to leave you, you know, it just kind of happened." He admitted.

Cersei merely nodded, "You don't have to explain yourself-" "I do. I promised so much and then I just disappeared and you lost a life." He said.

She snickered and turned to look at him, "If you're just saying that because you're guilty and you're not really sorry then save it." she said. That moment, Dream and Cersei stood in front of each other, their walls torn down.

It was always them that can tear down their walls, which was why they were very much vulnerable when it came to each other. Tears threatened to fall from her eyes and Dream shook his head, "I am sorry. Really, you were important to me-" "Were. Were important." She cut him off.

Dream shook his head again and let out a breath, "It's different now." He said. She nodded as she wiped her eyes, "Don't worry, if you're scared of me going after George, you don't have to." She said.

He looked at her with a sad look, when she chuckled sadly, "I promised you that I would give everything you wanted to make you happy and if that's not me, fine. I can't give you what George can." She admitted as a tear fell from her eye.

He rushed to her and wiped it away. She sighed and looked at him, "You have my word in protecting George with my last life because that's what you want. I can give you that." She whispered.

"I'm so sorry Cersei." He whispered. She nodded and sent him a teary smile. "I know and I'm sorry too if I threatened the person you love." She said.

Dream gulped and she chuckled, "You don't have to hide from me. I can see right through you." She said. Before Dream could say anything the door opened, "Dream-"

The pair moved away from each other. Dream turned to look at a shocked George. George looked at them with a confused and hurt face. This made Cersei snicker, she walked away from Dream, "Don't worry George, been there, done that." She said jokingly with a smirk.

George's face turned red as he looked away from the girl. She chuckled and walked to the door. But before she can get out, she grabbed the handle and turned her head.

"See you around, Dream." She said and walked out of the room, pulling the door close. As she let out a breath, she heard someone clear their throat.

She turned to see Sapnap looking at her, unamused with his arms crossed. Cersei smirked, "Well as much as I would love to talk to you pretty boy-" "Don't call me that." He cut him off.

Cersei smirked, "Okay then..." she trailed and walked to him. Patting his cheek, "I'll just call you hot rod." She said. Sapnap's cheeks reddened making her smirk wider, "See you around." She whispered and leaned forward to give him a little kiss on the cheek.

A noticeable warmth on his cheek and on her lips. They moved away from each other. She gulped and nodded. With one last look, she was out the door and sprinting through the woods.
