Sapnap hugged her tight, a surge of emotion flowing between them. She can hear George whispering to Dream all the while Wilbur was making sure that his older brother had everything he needed.
Despite the victories they have been experiencing the past few days in battles with the elements, they all knew they can't fight them off forever, they had to do something.
The Nightmares didn't want to bring them into the places where they did damage, they didn't want their loved ones to see their past when they have been trying their best to move on from them.
But they knew they had to find something that could give them a chance to bargain with the rulers of the elements and there were only a few places where they can find them, but they had to leave.
The moment the Nightmares told this to their friends, all of them disagreed but all of them also understood.
Their peace and living lies if the trio can have an agreement with their enemies.
So despite the worry and fear in Sapnap's heart, he hugged her goodbye. "I want to go." He whispered.
Cersei shook her head and pulled away. He cupped her cheeks and she sent him a look, "If we bring you, who will protect them?" she asked motioning to their friends.
"George is here-" "Don't you think that if he found out you were going he would just agree to be left here?" she asked.
Sapnap sighed and shrugged, "It was worth a shot." He said making them chuckle. She shook her head and hugged him, "I'll be safe." She said before letting him go again.
He nodded and hummed, "Good. Because I will hurt those two if you ever get hurt." He said. Techno and Dream scoffed before motioning for Cersei that they were about to leave.
With one last look to Sapnap, she swung her leg over her trusty horse and nodded at Wilbur who smiled at her as the gates of L'Manburg closed.

"We're here." Techno said quietly as they arrived at the old village that was once filled with lively people.
Cersei lowered her head in respect as Dream sighed. They got off their horses as they walked around, "Well let's get this over with." She said before they all went their separate ways.

Cersei walked to the east, kicking burnt wood and ash as she had her bow and arrow ready. She was walking to somewhere when she realized where she was.
She gasped making Techno and Dream to run to her. When they saw her she realized where they actually were.
Of all locations of missions they went to, they didn't realized they were drawn to it was the very first one they had ever done.
"Well done, we're back." She said as she looked at her best friends.

The three of them walked into the abandoned institute, everything was trashed, the roof had holes, rubble all around the place, the framed photos smashed on the floor.
They reached the hall where they saw the last person that made their blood boy. A raspy laugh was heard, "Well well, if it isn't my greatest students come back to see me." the institution head said, Hades.
Dream gripped Nightmare in his hand as Techno looked on the ground as Cersei stared at the man.
"Well are you here to finish me off-" the voice was cut off when Dream threw his sword at him, impaling him in the stomach.
Techno scoffed when Hades sputtered blood, finally looking at him with anger in his eyes.
The two boys walking to him, "You are still the monsters I trained you to be." Hades said with a sadistic smile, blood coming out of his mouth.
Techno and Dream froze at the words, their hearts dropped. Hades laughed, "Oh no. My creations seemed to have forgotten who they are." he said.
Dream scoffed and walked to him and pulled out Nightmare and walking out the hall while Techno followed him.
"But not you, my Nightmare princess." Hades said as he kept his look at her. "You will always be the monster I created you to be." He said.
Cersei neared him making Hades smirk, a blank look on her eyes, the same ones he trained, "That's right. You can never escape your past, you are darkness my princess-" he was cut off when Cersei stabbed him with the dagger, engraved C.H.
"You're right. I am the monster you created me to be." She said before twisted the dagger deeper in his chest making him croak, "But someone accepted me for who I am. Which means you failed." She said before finishing him off.

Cersei walked out of the hall, wiping the blood off the dagger using her white shirt. She reached her best friends, Techno sat on the stairs as Dream gripped a broken picture frame.
Walking closer she sighed, "Dream-" "I thought I escaped this but it keeps following after me." he said dropping the picture, it was of them when they graduated.
"This place should be burned to the ground." He said. Techno hummed in agreement. They moved to walk out when they noticed Cersei wasn't moving. "C-" "This place is more than just the institution. What I learned being alone is that, places that have been used for evil can be re-established." She said looking around.
"Other people may find this as refugee in their travels-" "It's a curse." Dream said and Techno nodded.
She sighed, "It's because we have a past here." She said as she looked out the window.
"But for others, like that fox family that sneaked inside? They don't know what happened." She said before looking back at them.
Cersei sent them a smile, "This place have broken us but also built us to survive." She said with a huff.
"The past hurts yes but it kept us strong and I think that's one of the good things that happened to us."
