Y/N managed to get some sleep, the knowledge that his friends were alive and so far, unharmed. He woke up and got ready for the day before heading downstairs to see Natasha and Steve looking through the films on Amazon, that meaning every film on Amazon, Tony being Tony...bought it, now being the co-owner with Jeff Bezos. Nat saw Y/N making himself a bowl of Fruit loops, Steve budged up to make space between himself and Natasha allowing Y/N to sit between them. As Y/N sat down Natasha looked to Y/N.

"I think I already know the answer but what do you want to watch?" Natasha asked as Y/N looked from Nat to Steve.

"Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade." Y/N said causing Nat to smile and Steve to chuckle.

"He's never going to get tired of those films." Steve said as Y/N nodded in agreement as Natasha ruffled his hair.

"Right, I'm just gonna go get something so don't start it until I get back." Natasha said as she left. Steve began to sip the whisky he was drinking when Y/N broke the silence.

"Do you fancy my mom?" Y/N asked as Steve spat his drink back into the glass and began to choke on the drink that he managed to swallow, Rogers was coughing and trying to speak.

"What?" Steve said trying to play it off as Y/N sighed.

"Do you fancy my mom?" Y/N asked as Steve laughed nervously.

"What, she's just a friend, really-"

"Right, same way me and Wanda are 'just friends'. You should tell her." Y/N said as Steve raised his eyebrow.

"Like how you've told Wanda?"

"That's different." Y/N answered nervously.

"How?" Steve asked as Y/N let out a long pause.

"...I'll get back to you when I have an answer to that." Y/N said earning a laugh from Steve.

"Alright, I admit it, you got me, Yeah, I have a slight crush on your mom." Steve said as Y/N nodded.

"I knew it. I think you should go for it." Y/N said as Steve blushed at the thought. "You both suit each other well. Besides, I've seen the way Mom looks at you."

"Wait what?" Steve asks as Y/N looks at him, they both hear Nat approaching and change the subject of the conversation.

"So kid, the armour fits fine?" Steve said as Y/N nodded going along as Natasha sat down with a box and handed it to Y/N.

"Happy birthday kiddo." Natasha said as she hugged her son.

"Wait, it's today?" Y/N asked as Natasha nodded with her eyebrow raised.

"Yeah, did you forget your own birthday?" Natasha said as Y/N looked at her, he looked like a lightbulb had just pinged in his head.

"Oh my god." Y/N said as he ran to the Armoury and suited up. "FRIDAY, where did Ross get the orders to arrest Wanda and Pietro from?"

Natasha and Steve arrived and saw Y/N suiting up and grabbing his weapons.

"Y/N?" They both asked as FRIDAY began talking to Y/N.

"It appears that the orders came from the President." FRIDAY answered as Y/N shook his head.

"Three guesses on whether those orders are genuine." Y/N quipped as he headed to the briefing room and called Ross.

"Hello-- Romanoff, if this is about the Maximoff twins-"

"The orders, they weren't from the president. They were forged by the people who gave me the augmentations."

"That's one hell of an accusation there."

"Think about it, Wanda Maximoff is possibly the most powerful member of the Avengers, at the very least she's top three, the fact that she's close to me makes her a threat to Cirilla, if me and Wanda were to grow close then that would make Wanda fight harder for me in battle, so it stands to reason that Cirilla would want Wanda to stay as emotionally distant as possible, she'd want to stop all chances of me and Wanda getting closer. So is it mere coincidence that you receive orders to arrest Wanda and Pietro exactly one day before my birthday, with Tony Stark obviously throwing a party, now, a birthday party would be a great chance for me and Wanda to grow closer, all of a sudden Wanda and Pietro are arrested and not allowed to visit one another, don't you find that the least bit suspicious?" Y/N said as Ross looked to Natasha who stood there with a looked on her face that just screamed 'proud mom'.

"I'll ask the President, but for now I'm giving you and only you, access to visit the twins. Don't make me regret this Romanoff." Ross said as he hung up.

Y/N headed away as Natasha followed him.

"Where are you going?"

"Someone on that helicarrier is working for Cirilla or else she wouldn't have chance of getting near the helicarrier, I'm going to find them and take them to Fury." Y/N said as he walked out and Natasha still followed him.

"I'm flying the jet." Natasha said as Y/N just nodded and sat down at the back of the jet while Cap got onto the jet.

"I'm coming too, I'll look around while you're talking to the twins, three pairs of eyes are better than one." Steve said as he walked into the cockpit and sat next to Natasha.
