(Your point of view)
Three days now went by. Slowly but surely your body recovered with the help of Senku's treatment of your wounds. You felt a little better. You still had a lot of bruises, but the pain finally faded away. ...Well, it still was there but you could endure it now without a problem.
You opened your eyes and yawned a little. You rubbed your sleepy eyes, but at that attempt, you accidentally hit Senku's face with your elbow. "?? Oh, I'm sorry..." You couldn't suppress the urge to laugh at him and covered your mouth. He groaned and pushed you away. "If you actually would be sorry, you wouldn't laugh, annoying cow."
He sighed and stood up. "You felt a little better yesterday. How about today?" He asked. He walked over to a canister full of water and took a little water into his cupped hands to wash his face. You also stood up and did the same. "As you can see, I'm not moving in slow motion anymore. The pain became endurable." You told him and he rose his brow. "Endurable?" He facepalmed. "Lay down again. You won't get up until you're fully recovered."
You shook your head. "I can't." You looked at your reflection on the water's surface. "The Hyoga issue is troubling me, Senku... I can't help but feel like something could happen. I can't just...rest." You admitted and Senku looked at you with understanding eyes. "I understand how you're feeling but don't worry too much. We still have time. Tsukasa's kingdom will invade us after this winter. But we will prepare ourselves for that!" You quickly understood what he was planning to do. The most effective weapon in war... "So that was why you made cotton candy?" Senku smirked. "Took you long enough to get it. Did your brain get rusty from staying in Tsukasa's kingdom?" You rolled your eyes and hit him. "Oh shut up, annoying lettuce boy." You smiled at him. "Show me what you already got."

."Gold wires?" You disappointedly held the wires in your hand and blankly looked at him. "You're so slow." The villagers gasped. "SLOW?! WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF SHE WOULD WORK WITH US?!" Gen looked at you as if you were a creep. "We'd probably work with twice the speed, without any breaks..." You chuckled a little. "Of course I'd let you rest, I'm not that cruel. But you would only sleep for 6 hours at most." Senku also appeared to be as weirded out as Gen. "Who the hell made you act so cruel suddenly? Of course, breaks and sleeping time doesn't equal the same..." Gen nervously smiled. "There's a woman named Nikki-chan and both got along pretty well. I think that's her influence..."
You smiled. "Maybe. I kinda miss her. She must hate me now, Hyoga for sure didn't shut up about my real identity..." You looked down. "I had to fear for my life every second, so I guess that was causing me to be a little more confident?" Senku shook his head. "No, that doesn't have to do anything with confidence. You simply evolved from an annoying cow to a terrifying cow. I can't believe I'm saying that but can you be annoying again?" You giggled a little at that. "Don't worry, I'm still annoying ❤️" Senku winced in disgust at your extra happy smile that you purposely gave him so that he'd be weirded out. "Yup, I figured..."
You smiled. "Anyway, now I can help you a little." You walked over to the wooden blackboard where the plan of the communication device was drawn on. "A smartphone?" You read the title and smiled a little. "Got reminded of our big boy Taiju, hm?" Senku walked over to you and rested his arm on your shoulder. By that, you noticed that he had gained some height. You would have loved to know if you also gained some. "Yes. By being able to communicate from a greater distance, we will be at advantage in this war. And thanks to the big oaf I had the idea of making a smartphone." He explained and you nodded. "That's a good move. But that doesn't change the fact that you're slow."
You turned around to face the villagers with an excited smile. "Let's speed up the progress a little bit!" You happily announced and finally started to work on the plan that Senku made. The village seemed to be pretty accepting, but you still felt a little weird about working with unfamiliar people. You again returned to your old pattern of behaving cold and distant towards people you didn't know and warm and comfortable towards people you did know. The cheery attitude of Maddy Gomez that you had to fake for a long time slowly melted down. You finally became yourself again. You accepted the comfort of your good old friend with open arms. Science.
