I was watching Nicholas play the Rugby game. I was a reserve, sitting on the bench. I sighed, and ran my fingers through my hair. I grabbed my phone, and messaged Tao.

Hey Tao.. so.. about Nicholas Nelson. > 

< What?? Has something happened??

I think he might.. maybe like me back?? >

< EXPLAIN!!!! 

Over the past two weeks during the Easter holidays
we've hung out almost EVERYDAY! >
He's a lot more... idk? Physical? We hug now? >
Sometimes I just catch him looking at me... >

< Look... Copper, I didn't want to say this but.. I've asked around 
   and I've heard Nick's had a crush on this girl called Tara Jones from
   Higgs school for, like, 3 years or something.

I looked at my phone in anger, then looked down at the bench. The game board blared a loud noise. "COPPER!" Nicholas yelled loudly to me. He waved to me. 

"WE WON!" He yelled to me happily. I stood up, and he ran to me. He pulled me into a hug, and lifted me up in the air. 

"AHH!" I yelled, then laughed. He laughed as well, and then while he walked to the team he yelled. 

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" I laughed, and everyone cheered. Then.. the memory of Tao's message about 'Tara Jones' my whole mood changed. He was still holding me, and Nicholas was talking to someone. 

I looked down at Nicholas, and I blushed gently. He looked up at me, and I looked away right away.

~3rd Person~
>30 Minutes Later<

Three of Nick's friends were standing behind Nick and Copper. Copper licked his thumb, and cleaned off the dirt on Nick's face. 

"You've still got mud on you!" Copper gently laughed. 

"So, Nick has a crush on Copper, right?" Sai, one of Nick's friends said. The two of the friends looked at him. "We're all thinking it!" Sai added. Nick got super close to Coppers face, and Copper gently chuckled. 

"They DO seem pretty close" Christian said to the two boys. The three boys looked at each other then Christian said. 

"But Nick's not gay, right?" Sai looked at the boy, and said. "Well, I guess we don't know" Otis nodded, and said. "He doesn't LOOK gay. And didn't he have a crush on that girl, Tara Jones?" 

The P.E teacher, Miss. Singh came out of no where, and she said to the three boys. 

"You can't tell whether people are gay by what they look like" Miss. Singh crossed her arms, and added. 

"And gay or straight aren't the only two options" She sighed at the three year 11's. "Anyways, it's very rude to speculate about people's sexuality's" She closed her eyes, and pinched the bridge of her nose. 

"Go home Lads" The three boys nodded.

Nick had his arm wrapped around Copper's shoulder. Sai said. "I can kinda see it. Nick and Copper"

"Are you going to Harry Greene's party on Saturday?" Nicholas asked me. I continued to do my papers.
