Nicholas Nelson POV

I was walking to my school, holding my schedule in hand. Looking around with a warm smile, gentle and sweet- just thinking about my boyfriend. Holding his hand, and getting to see him. 

"Nick!" I jumped my head up to the sound of my mine; to see my three friends. Christian, Otis and Sai. I smiled at them, and walked up to them. 

"Jesus, Nick. Where have you been all summer!?" Otis asked, hitting his shoulder against mine. "Innit. I feel like you just vanished, mate!" Christian said with a laugh, and rubbed the back of his neck. I laughed, shaking my head.

"Oh yeah, well, I was in Menorca for like three weeks, so" Sai raised an eyebrow, and looked up at me with a hum. "So it's nothing to do with the fact you have a boyfriend?" My eyes went wide, and my face erupted in a red blush.

"Oh, we're just putting that out there, then?" Otis said with a deadping face, I looked down sheepishly and crossed my arms over my chest- my face still a deep red. "So, you guys heard about me and Copper?"

I looked at my friends, and they nodded their heads at the same time. "I mean.. I think everyone knows though, mate" Otis said, placing his hand into the air and the other in his pocket. "Sorry if we made you feel awkward about telling us"

Christian poked his head around Otis, before Sai grabbed my shoulder and pointed to him. "Probably didn't help with you 'Good Mates' comment" Otis groaned, placing his face into his hands. 

"That was ONEE TIME!" We all laughed, shaking our heads. "When will you stop bringing that up?" Christian pouted out his lip, and rubbed Otis's back; jokingly showing sympathy. 

"Can't believe Nick's the first one out of all of us to be in a relationship" Otis forced a sigh, and looked down sadly. "Same" Sai shook his head, and I shot my head around to both of them. And rolled my eyes.

"What d'you mean you 'can't believe'!?" They all laughed, and I sighed for real. "Oh! Nick!" We all turned out heads around, and I waved to the girl who had called out my name. 

"Sahar! Hi!" She waved to me with a warm, but nervous smile. "Guys, this is Sahar" I introduced my friends to her, and Sahar waved to the three other boys.

"Hey"

"Hello"

"I kind of forgot girls were allowed into Truham for Sixth form, not going to lie" Everyone turned to Christian, an unamused face pulled on all of us.

"Uhm.. do you think you guys would help me find my room?" Sahar asked all of us, and my three friends walked off with her. I looked down on my phone when I felt it vibrate in my uniform pocket. 

'hurry up I need to kiss you' the text read, and my eyes went wide and my cheeks turned pink. I smirked, and hugged myself- pushing myself through the crowd. Going to the spot I'm always with Copper.

Copper poked his head around the corner, and both of our eyes light up with happiness. He ran to me, and wrapped his arms around my neck. I wrapped my arms around his back, and swayed him back and forth.

He was smiling, and laughing. "Hey" I whispered, and leaned my head back. He smiled at me, and held the back of my neck with his hand. "Hi" He whispered back, and I stared into his eyes that were sparkling like stars.

"No kiss?" I asked with a silly smile, and he nuzzled his nose into my neck and laughed. "Hugs first!" I laughed, and rubbed his back gently. Before letting go, and looking up at me before a group of boys walked past us.

"Okay, it still feels weird to kiss in public." They were whispering to each other, and Copper made a face at them while I said. "Well, it's not like we WANT an audience." They ran off when Copper made a face, and I looked at the classroom right next to us.

I poked my head in, and looked around. "This classroom's free. Come on! We've only got 5 minutes before form!" Copper bit his bottom lip, and smiled brightly before running in after me.
