Memories of Nicholas and I came into my mind while I was talking with my friends. 

Nicholas and I were sitting in forms, and just laughing together. I said a super stupid joke, but it made him laugh. And his laugh made me laugh. 

I was walking in the halls, when I passed Nicholas. I waved to him, and he flicked my forehead. I looked at him in a jokingly anger way. He chuckled, and just continued to walk and talk with his Rugby friends. 

It was the end of the day, and I turned around. Nicholas waved goodbye to me, and I smiled weakly. I waved back, and his friend, who was standing next to him, looked at us confused.

"You're friends with Nick Nelson now?" My friend Tao Xu asked me. "Really?" My twin brother Charlie asked me. "erm.. Yeah?" I said to my two friends. It was more then a question, then a statement. 

Tao and Charlie looked at me unpleased. Tao added something quickly. 

"But he's on of the Rugby lads! He's friends with Harry Greene, for God's sake!" Charlie nodded, and I rolled my eyes. "SO!? Nick is SUPER fucking nice" I crossed my arms. 

"COME ON!" Tao yelled. "He's a fucking Chev. He calls everyone 'mate' and probably throws food at people on the bus" Tao also crossed his arms, and Charlie gently chuckled at Tao. I rolled my eyes. 

"...He doesn't call me 'mate' though" I muttered under my breath, then I drank my water. Tao and Charlie looked at me then they looked at each other.. then back at me. 

"You have a crush on him" My brother and My best friend said at the same time. My eyes went super fucking wide. 

"WHAT!?" I yelled at them. My face went into a bright red hue and I started to stutter. "That's not--" I shook my head. "I'm-" I groaned. "I don't fall for any boy that is nice to me" I ran my fingers through my black hair.

 I did my nervous tic, and then whispered. "He's probably straight anyways" I rubbed the back of my neck, and sighed loudly. Then sadly laughed.

I walked out of the area I was sitting, and I heard some lady say my boyfriends name. So, I turned to it. 

"Oh Tim! Shut up" She said in a flirty voice. My eyes went wide, when I saw it was.. MY Tim. Tim chuckled gently, and smiled at the shorter girl. She was wearing a Higgs uniform. 

He grabbed her hand, and kissed the top of it. My eyes didn't once shrink, tears threatened to fall, but I kept them in. I didn't want anyone to see I was crying. 

I just turned on my heal, and started to walk home. Tears were still threating to fall, but I would wipe them away every time.

I was sitting in my room, it was pitch black, and I was just staring at my phone screen. I clicked on messenger and texted Tim.

I turned off my phone, and I yelled into my pillow. It was a sad and frustrated yell. But I was happy.. I'm free from him.
