It was a blissful morning the sun was up and shining, one little kitten was in his living room drawing, he was drawing a picture of his mother
She was smiling, something she only did around her sweet child because other than him, she had no one else to smile for.
Her fur was white and orange, one of her ears was black. The child made sure to add those details. It was mother's day and even tho the smoll cat did not have the money to buy his beloved mother anything he drew her a card.
The kitten looked at it and felt proud he quickly scribbled "happy mother's day " (Don't ask how he can write I mean LP can write)

The kitten then drew a heart on a side just as his father came in.
Memories from earlier came rolling in
Father can we please get something for mom?
You want me to waste money on that idiot?

No is no, we are already struggling with money and I am not wasting money on a gift. She's not even a good wife to begin with she deserves nothing.

Ralph walked into the living room, he looked at the kid.
Ralph: Aw .. are you making a little ittle care for your momma? That good for nothing woman deserves nothing, so don't waste your time and instead be useful.
Petey: Mom does deserve alot...I'm not wasting my time...I love mom I wish I could actually do something better for her than a card....
Grampa: Think what you think. By the way the card looks hideous do you really think she'll like it?
Ralph smirked and looked at the child
Petey: W-well I hope she does (There's like a silent quivering tone you have to read this at)
Petey doubted himself he didn't usually listen to his father but he just looked at the card and listened as his father kept rambling

Actually though I'm surprised you made the drawing look just like you guys. Y'all look...hideous.
The child was beginning to fall for the criticism, he was listening to every word, he was just a child anyways and his own father was pointing out all the wrongs.
But he would not feel bad and cry..no he would not.
When grampa saw the kitten wasn't budging he took the matter into his own paws and ripped the drawing, first in half and then slowly making it pieces.
Grampa: like I said she should not get nothing plus I'm sure she'll be happy living her life without having to see that
Petey: B-but that was my drawing! H-how could you!?
Petey was now on the verge of tears, he had worked hard on the card even if his father had not thought so.
(You might be wondering, where is Petey's mom to kick grampas ass? She is at the store)
Ralph knowing he had beat his son (because he's a bully) walked away back into his room.
Petey looked at his drawing ripped all over the floor, he pieced it together and looked at it The drawing was ugly His mother would have cringed at it.
He picked all the pieces up and threw them in the trash then he sat on the couch and watched TV
his spirit was broken. (Because why not?)
About 13 minutes later his mother came in she saw the kitten on the couch obviously it was clear he had been crying
Sydney: Oh baby....what's wrong?
Petey: Mum.....I'm sorry I couldn't get you anything for mother's day ...... I love you and you do so much for me..and I still did not get you anything! (Like at the verge of crying at the end)
Sydney: Oh baby... I don't love you from gifts, I live you because your my son. Your what I love most in this world and I will never hate you!...
Petey: Really?
Sydney: Yes.. I will always love you honey no matter what.
