Liam's Wife, Harry's Half Sister

Chapter 5

After I was done shopping I went to a little clinic to get confirmation that I was indeed pregnant. After filling out some paperwork I was called back about 5 minutes later. They then lead me to a room and I laid down like I had done with my first two pregnancies.
"Hello Mrs.Payne. I'm Dr.Stone. We are here for a pregnancy check. Is that correct?" Dr.Stone asked. She was a lady with brown hair and blue eyes and very young looking.
"Yes."
"Alright. I'm just going to check your vitals and then we shall have a look." Dr.Stone said.
After she was done with my vitals she then had me lift my shirt. The familiar cold gel on my stomach made me shiver as she used the familiar wand instrument to have a look.
"Congratulations Mrs. Payne you are indeed pregnant and with twins might I add." Dr.Stone said.
I was pregnant. Wait. Did she say twins? I looked at the screen in disbelief.
"How far am I?"
"About 7 weeks. How many sonograms would you like?" Dr.Stone asked.
"Can I get six?" I asked.
"Of course. I'll be right back." Dr.Stone said and gave me a towel to wife off my stomach and I pulled my shirt down. Once she came back she gave me my copies and I scheduled an appointment with my doctor that was closer to home. I then headed home to see that Liam wasn't home yet. I walked to the drug store got a few cards and gift bags and then walked back home and put the gifts together for my mom, Robin and Liam. I also put something together for Gemma and Harry, as well as the boys.
"Courtney? We're back!" I heard Liam say. I then grabbed his gift and the gifts I got for Luca and Henry.
"Hey! There are my favorite boys." I said with a smile and kissed Liam and then hugged my favorite sons.
"Mommy got presents?" Luca asked.
"They're not for me. There is one each for you, one for Henry, one for you, and one for Daddy." I said to Luca
"Really?!" Luca said.
"Yay pwesent!" Henry said.
"But you have to go sit down in the living room first." I said and both boys ran off. I laughed at their excitement and helped them onto the couch and Liam sat down by Henry and I by Luca.
"This one is for Daddy, this one is for Luca and this one is for Henry." I said looking in the bag slightly each to make sure I gave the right bag.
Henry and Luca each got two lion stuffed animals that said big brother #1 and big brother #2. Liam got a shirt that said "Dad of Twins Coming Soon" and it had a picture of a sonogram in a frame.
"Thank you mommy! What it say?" Luca asked.
"Luca, Henry, you are both going to be big brothers. Mommy has two babies in her tummy." I said.
"Really? Mommy eat them?" Henry asked and I laugh.
"No I didn't. Now, why don't you two go play with your new lion toys so daddy and mommy can talk." I said.
Luca and Henry then ran off with their new toy and I scooted closer to Liam and saw him still looking at the shirt and picture.
"Are you happy about this? If not we can-" I started but was cut off by Liam kissing me.
"This is great. Thank you for making me a daddy again." Liam said and hugged me. I then released from the hug and sighed.
"What's wrong? Aren't you happy about this love?" Liam said taking my hands in his.
"Yes I am, but Liam what are we going to do? This place isn't big enough. Especially if we're having twins. We're gonna have to move." I said
"So we'll find a bigger place. Don't worry. We can do this."
"I hope so. By the way. My mom is expecting us at 8:30 tomorrow if that's okay?" I asked.
"That's fine love." Liam said kissing me once more and then he helped me up from the couch and the rest of the night we cuddled on the couch and watched Disney movies with Luca and Henry falling asleep between us. I hoped tomorrow would go well.
