The Sports Festival is a fine opportunity for venders to make money. Especially when located right outside the arena's entrance, people are more inclined to stop and purchase food, souvenirs, and hero merchandise. Now that intermission has been announced, students and faculty have the luxury of being dismissed first. The entertainment has no time to wait in lines for a meal, hence why no one notices two students slip away from the influx of people roaming around to find a bite.
"We shouldn't stay too long." Midoriya quickens his pace to keep up with his classmate, "It's gonna get busy out there."
Todoroki stops in his tracks, gaze fixated on the dim tunnel ahead. Everyone should be out of the waiting areas by this point. He turns to face a nervous Midoriya, taking into account how easy it is to read the poor sap. However, winning the obstacle race and that final blow in the cavalry battle was unexpected. Perhaps Midoriya isn't as useless as another student likes to claim. Todoroki holds a cold stare while his thoughts clamber through hoops in an attempt to stay focused on the issue at hand, 'I was overwhelmed and almost broke my promise. No one has ever pushed me that far. I can't let him just walk away without answers.'
"The power coming from you looked and felt exactly like All Might's." He speaks sternly, "Tell me, are you his secret love child or something?"
Todoroki observes keenly for any hints in his classmate's body language, but all Midoriya can do is gape at the question.
"I'm not the only one who has noticed. I've seen All Might in your corner since the year started. He's been helping you out."
Midoriya's breath hitches, green eyes growing wide. Exhaling without shaking suddenly becomes a challenge. This interrogation is the last thing he needed today. Especially now when his idol, now alleged father, is cheering from the sidelines. Todoroki is insistent on getting an answer, falling from the moral high ground by using intimidation to get what he wants. Unfortunate for Izuku, he fell the moment he accepted to follow the duo-haired student.
"Well, are you?"
Midoriya tenses, "No, no way. That's not it at all!"
"'That's not it at all', is an interesting way to put it." Todoroki takes a step toward his stammering classmate, "It suggests there is something between you two that you aren't supposed to talk about."
Raising his hands in defense, "Uh-"
"I'm sure you know who my father is. If you have ties to All Might in some way, that means I have even more reason to beat you." Raising his left hand to peer at his palm, "My declaration of war still stands. If you make it far enough to spar against me, know that you'll be leaving in a stretcher."

Students file to tables just before the crowd is dismissed for intermission festivities. Most find seating in groups, others wander off to enjoy their meal alone. Classes appear to subconsciously sit together in separated sections instead of intermingling much with one another. That is, until a business student wanders over to the main attraction of the night, Class A. Drink in hand, sporting a U.A. crewneck and athletic shorts. Mirror lensed sunglasses sit on the top of her head, gold hoops dangle from her ears, and large diamond ring gleams on her right index finger.
"Hey, why aren't you in a gym uniform?" Sero pipes up from his seat, catching her before she could pass their table.
Fukuda halts then releases the straw from her lips, "Business students don't have to participate, ding-a-ling."
"Well I heard girls have to wear those outfits for the next half." Kaminari points to the American cheerleaders strutting by. Their glittery uniforms of red, white, and blue closely resemble the pattern of All Might's suit. With white shoes, blue and gold pom-poms, and glowing faces, they exude confidence.
