Unbury The Past!
Y/n's Pov:
Everyone goes back to school today.
I know I'll have a lot of work to do because Nezu wants everyone to stop by my office to talk.
It's a part of the new plan he made during the break. All students and teachers, including me, will be in dorms on campus.
Classes 1-A and B specifically are to come by my office and talk. Honestly, I want the students to come on their own.
But I know some won't. So making it mandatory has some pros and cons to it.
"Do you need a ride?" I turned and looked at Shota, who was standing outside the bathroom.
"I can take the bus." I smiled as I walked out. "Well, you don't have to. I can give you a ride."
I grabbed my purse. I looked at him. "I don't want to make you late."
He rolled his eyes. "I'm always late. If I wasn't they'd think I was sick. So come on." He opened the door and we left.
When we got to the school I was about to get out when he stopped me. He kissed me and told me to have a good day.
I said the same and got out. On my way to my office, I started to think.
This isn't so bad.
•
It's only the first day back and I have stacks of papers to get through.
I sighed. Oh well, might as well get started. I looked through a couple and noticed one of them was a list of students coming by today to talk.
I wasn't really surprised by the students on the list. Mostly Classes 1-A and B.
But one name was underlined. Katsuki Bakugo.
It's obvious that his name is underlined because he should be the first student I should talk to.
I put down the paper and use the office phone. "Can I get Katsuki Bakugo in here please."
I usually don't call for students but I think in this case it doesn't matter. I honestly don't believe he'll come in here on his own.
Maybe I'm wrong for dragging him in here but I don't know. Maybe I also believe he just needs someone to listen.
Maybe.
•
He just keeps glaring at me.
"It was mandatory for you to come to see me. I thought maybe you'd just want to get it over with."
He made this weird noise, it was like 'tch'. "Whatever I'm here so give me some speech about trauma or something so I can leave."
I smiled a bit. "Sorry I don't have a speech." I paused. "But we don't have to talk about anything you don't want to."
He squinted his eyes. "Whatever." I sighed. "How are things since you've been back?"
He shrugged but didn't say anything. "Have you spoken to your classmates?"
He scoffed. "I don't give a crap about those extras." I can't tell if he's serious or not.
"Okay well, what about your friend Kirishima?" I asked.
"There's nothing about Shitty hair." I looked at him confused. "Why do you call him Shitty hair?"
He scoffed. "Cause his hair's shitty." I laughed and nodded. "Well, I should have got that I guess."
He rolled his eyes. "How long have you and he been friends?" He made that weird tch noise.
"We're not friends." I made an 'oh' face. "I'm sorry, how long have you two been dating?"
He choked on his breathe. "What the hell?! Why the hell would you say that?!" I shrugged.
"You said you weren't friends but you two are always hanging out so I drew to another explanation."
He raised his voice. "We're not friends, we're not dating, we're nothing!" I thought for a moment.
I get it now.
I nodded. "Okay." I paused. "How long have you liked Kirishima?" His became pail.
"You're crazy." I shrugged. "Maybe, but I can tell when someone likes someone else." I saw him grip the arm of the chair.
"You're wrong." I looked at him for a moment. I decided to let it go. He obviously doesn't want to talk about it so I won't push him.
"Okay, but if you did, it's okay. There's nothing wrong with liking him." He didn't say anything. I smiled a bit.
"Okay Bakugo, I won't torture you anymore. You can leave if you want to." He stood up and headed for the door.
I gathered my papers as I heard his voice. "If I do, what does that make me?"
He was facing me, only his back. I thought for a moment. "It makes you human." I waited for a response but didn't get one.
He left.

I sighed as I put my papers away.
I went through half the list and will do the other half tomorrow. No one really held anything back.
They were honest and up-forward about what they felt. I was happy, usually in high school teenagers keep a lot of things to themselves.
I'm happy this is a safe environment where they don't have to hide anything.
I grabbed my bag and went to lock my office. "How was your day?" I turned and smiled at Shota.
"Actually really good. You?" He groaned. "Teenagers." I laughed a bit. "You like your students I can tell."
He rolled his eyes. "Doesn't mean they don't get on my nerves." We walked to the teacher's dorm and continued talking.
"Excuse me." We turned around and saw Hito- Shinsou. "What is it Shinsou?" Shota asked.
He looked at him. "Sorry I was just hoping I could talk to-" He didn't finish but lightly pointed to me.
I quickly turned to Shota. "I'll be there in a minute okay." I gave him my bag and he nodded.
Once he was gone I turned to Shinsou. Ha, I got it this time!
"What is it?" I asked. He looked down at the ground and then back up at me. "I want to understand."
I sighed. Of course, he does. "Shinsou I can't-" I paused. "Just know none of it was your fault. Whatever your parents said-"
He interrupted. "Our parents." He corrected me. "And they didn't tell me anything. When I asked they just brushed it off."
I'm not surprised. Hitoshi seemed desperate. Like he had to know or he needed at least one answer.
"Look if you want we can talk. Tomorrow though." He immediately agreed.
We went our separate ways. I guess it's time to unbury the past.

Still super sick :(
My logic: if you're writing fanfiction and your main characters are straight make everyone else gay. And if your main characters are gay then still make everyone gay :)
