Maggie

I got a strange sense of deja vu when I woke up in an unknown room but I knew it was in Jax's house. I sat up and rubbed the sleep from my eyes.

"Holy hell." I groaned when I got dizzy as I stood up. I got out of bed and took in my clothes. It was one of Jaxs shirts with the same shorts I had on the night that man broke in my house.

Oh god.

Someone broke into my house. Where are my kids? I slowly made my way out of the room and tried to remember my way around the house. I found the stairs and made my way downstairs. In the kitchen I saw Connor, Mason, and Nick as well as Scarlet.

"Look who's awake." Nick smiled warmly at me.

"Hi." I waved at them.

"Maggie!" Scarlet ran over to me and hugged my waist. I laughed and rubbed the back of her head. "Are you feeling okay? Do you want some food?"

"Actually uh, where are Sam, Emmy, and Mikey?" I asked.

"They're upstairs in the first room on the right." Mason told me. I nodded and bid them all goodbye as I went upstairs. Looking out the windows I noticed how dark it was outside. Either it'a really early in the morning or the complete next day.

I found the room and furrowed my brows remembering this is Jaxs room and not the room that he had given the triplets. I opened the door slightly and saw the giant room. A bed laid about 15 feet away from me in the middle of the room.

My eyes softened at what I was seeing and my chest fluttered. Jax laid in the middle of the bed under the covers with all three of my kids around him. Emmy laid with her back on his stomach while Sam and Mikey were curled into his sides. They all had a sippy cup in their hands.

His computer was propped up on a small table that fit over his hips and I could hear the sounds of a movie playing. I walked in the room making my presence known.

His face hardened and he pulled the triplets to him until he realized it was me. "Maggie." he breathed out in relief. He went to stand up only to stop once he realized the triplets were on him. "Come here." he waved me over.

"Mama." Sam reached out for me.

I smiled and walked over to the bed crawling up next to him. I carefully placed Sam in my arms and laid against Jax.

"Im so glad you're okay." he mumbled with his lips pressed on my forehead.

"I'm sorry if I scared you." I looked up at him. "Maybe I shouldn't have called you."

"No im glad you did because if you didn't I wouldnt have been able to get Mason and Connor there. I don't know what i would do if he managed to hurt you guys." he looked up at the ceiling in thought.

"It's not your fault. It's your dads if-"

"That man..." Jax cut her off shortly. "He works for someone else, not my dad. If someone was working for my dad they wouldn't try to kill you they'd try to take you hostage." he said.

"So who was he?" I asked.

"He was most likely sent by my cousin." he answered. "He hates seeing me happy and if people are figuring out about us then that means you're more at risk."

"Jax I don't want my kids in danger." I said looking at my babies. "They're only two and a half."

"Angel I will never let anything happen to you." Jax looked into my eyes. "I'd die before anyone was able to hurt you four."

"I can't go back home." I realized. My window is still broken and I wouldn't feel safe living there with the possibility of this mans men attacking me.

"You're living here now." he told me. "Scarlet lives here so you won't be lonely when I go on trips and Mason and Connor are usually here if Ryan and Nick aren't. You guys will never be alone I promise." he said.
