When I woke up this morning I wasn't expecting to be surprised with a trip to snowy mountains but here I am, packing a bag like Jax requested.

"Where go mama?" Sam sat beside me while I filled my bag.

"Giants taking Mommy on a little trip." I smiled and kissed his head.

"I go?" he looked up at me with hopeful eyes.

"I'm sorry baby, it's a grown up trip."

He frowned and crawled into my lap. "Giant take you away too much." he said making me frown.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"No be wif me anymore." he shrugged. My lips turned downwards as I kissed the back of his head.

"But mommy always spends time with you."

"No alone." he leaned back against me. "Maybe I no like Jax."

I sighed and turned him around to face me. "I know it might be a hard adjustment but Jax is apart of our lives now. He lets us stay in his big house, he plays toys with you and your siblings. Giant loves us so so much Sammy."

"Mama love Giant?" he asked.

I smiled. "I do. He makes me really happy. And I know he makes you guys happy too."

"Makes me laugh a lot." Sam looked at his lap.

"And he loves making you laugh Sam. I promise, after we get back we'll have a mommy son day and go do something fun, just the two of us."

"Otay mama." he smiled and hugged me. I grinned and rubbed his back.

"Mama loves Giant huh?" I jumped and looked at Jax who leaned against the doorway.

"No as much as Sammy!" Sam pointed at himself.

"Oh really?" Jax scooped him up and showered him with kisses. Sam giggled like crazy as Jax carried him out of the room.

"Ah! Mama help!"

I smiled with a shake of my head.

"Why did you plan this trip?" I asked for the millionth time. Ryan and Amelia, Nick and Amanda, and Connor and Crystal were also coming. Crystal and Connor aren't dating but there's definitely some sexual tension there.

"Mama needs a break every now and then." he smirked at me.

"Is it that or you want a weekend with me all to yourself." I leaned over and kissed under his ear.

"Fuck angel, I'm driving." he groaned. I laughed and sat back down in my seat. "So what if I do?"

"It's not my fault we've been fucking like rabbits."

"Jaxon!" I gasped.

"What? You think people don't know? I walked past my brother yesterday and him and Amelia pretended to bang and act like us."

"You said the walls were soundproof." I muttered.

"Not the bathroom." he smirked. I crossed my arms and looked straight ahead. Jax put his hand on my thigh and gave it a squeeze before focusing back on the road.

We drove through the mountains with our friends behind us and the view was beautiful. Snowy white filled the scenery around us as we drove up to a gorgeous house.

"Oh my gosh Jax." I gasped and stared out the window.

"The guys and I wanted to give you guys a break from well everything. Most of all you." I looked at him and just as he parked I pulled his lips down to mine.

"*I love you, you know that right?" I smiled at him.

"Of course". he smiled back. I pecked his lips one more time before we got out. I went to get my bags but Jax had already grabbed both of ours.

"Holy shit!" I heard Crystal behind me. "You're telling me we get to stay here for four days?"

"Yup. All for you whores." Connor grinned and wrapped his arm around our shoulders.

"Wow thanks." she elbowed him in the stomach making me giggle.

"How did you guys do this?" Amanda asked looking around at all the snowy trees.

"We're FBI agents what do you think?" Jax said. We got inside and instantly the warmth filled my body. Jax wrapped his arm around my shoulder making me smile.

"We get the biggest room." he smirked.

"What? Why?" Crystal asked.

"Because I planned this whole trip." he said.

"It's also farthest from all the other rooms." Ryan spoke with a smirk.

"Ohhh. So you guys are gonna spend the weekend baby making? I thought three was enough." Amelia said.

"Well if we do, it'll be far from all of you." I smirked. Jax laughed and we started making our way to our room. Once we got inside I ran to the window and opened the shutters.

"Oh my gosh Jax, it's beautiful."

It was the perfect view of the mountain we're on with the rolling hills of white puffy snow. The forest could clearly be seen as well as the snowboarding place a long ways away.

It's absolutely perfect.

"I still don't know why you'd do this for us." I shook my head in disbelief.

"I did this for you because I love you. More than I could ever put into words." he said.

I turned around and without saying anything I pulled him into a kiss.

"I just wish the kids could see this. They love the snow." I sighed. I'm supposed to enjoy this vacation as a break from parenting but I don't know why I just keep imagining that it would be ten times better with them here.

"I figured you'd say that." he sighed.

"I'm sorry Jax, I know this was supposed to be just for us to get some alone time-"

"Angel it's fine." he laughed. "I knew you'd miss them so I told my mom that if I text her, she can bring the kids and scarlet here tomorrow evening. So we can have the day to ourselves but you can spend a day up here with them." he said.

I smiled brightly. "I love you so much." I pulled him into a kiss.
